What an unorganized mess

Ordered some fries with NO Salt. Instead of cooking the fries fresh. They dropped some old fries in the grease to cook the salt off them. Fries were saturated in grease that I couldn’t eat them.

I was really disappointed recently I had bought a burger and the bread and meat was rock hard and I was almost home when I noticed so I tossed it. A few days later I tried again and same happened and I came back through the drive-thru and they replace my burger but instead of a double they gave me a single with a brand new bun and when I called about it having less beat the manager told me that they've been having problems with bread but the girls knew right when I pulled around that the bread was way too hard to eat so I came back she took my name I came back a couple days later she said she was going to replace a couple of the burgers and then when I gave him my name they said that I never talked to a manager so they had no willingness at all to rectify the situation or to take any kind of accountability for the horrible food they're serving.

I swear this place has the most miserable employees I've ever seen. Lifeless interactions over the speaker, at the window they act like you're ruining their entire day by ordering food there and them having to do the job they applied for, and they'll barely say anything when you pull to the window. Each and every time I go here, they just wordlessly stick their hand out the window for payment. You guys understand you don't HAVE to work here if you don't like it right?Also they've forgotten my straw almost everytime I go, and I don't frequent this place in the first place very often. So I don't know if they're doing it on purpose or putting a straw in a bag is just that strenuous of a task for them.

This place is so bad they'll have you waiting for 30 minutes for 3 JBC and large fry. What a dump, didn't even get a refund when I refused goods and services. Won't be returning, won't be recommending, and will probably be taking legal action against this garage company.

The night manager is negligent and says that she is unaware of the prices of items which are posted behind her and won't sell the meal as the price clearly states. The Pretzel Baconator meal is posted as $8.19 and she would not honor the price saying that she wasn't there when the price was posted. Obviously no one is interested in this locations premium burgers if she claims to have not seen or spoken about that product. I am unaware of her name. She is 5'1" with kinky blonde hair.

I don’t frequent fast food restaurants very often and always enjoy Wendy’s when I do. Too bad this location didn’t honor Veterans Day as I discovered when the staff told me the manager didn’t mention anything about Wendy’s national campaign. Oh well, plenty of other businesses did. Thanks to all of them.

I drove through on Halloween and got some amazing service on a holiday. I always drive an exta 10 min to this wendys as i get better service.

I went through the drive through. Ordered a Burger with ketchup, pickles, lettuce, and onions only. I received my Burger and when I got home noticed. The Burger also had cheese on it. I am lactose intolerant so I cannot have cheese. Which is why I didn't ask for a cheeseburger. I really wish that people would pay attention, and not add cheese to everything unless they are asked to put it on there. I am a senior and don't drive at night unless I have to. So therefore, I was not going to go back to the restaurant. To have them correct my order? It was already dark outside. I tried calling and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing. It is really disappointing to get home and get ready to eat a burger that you are looking forward to and can't eat it.

This is the worst Wendy's ever. They have slow service and can not get your order right. I won't go back to this location.
