We came in at the end of a very busy rush & they were short handed so we had to wait just a little for our food but it was fresh & hot & so good! The staff that was there was very friendly and was doing whatever they could to make sure everyone was pleased.

We love going there the one in Calhoun especially. The manager there he is such a good manager he got a great personality Cuts up with the customers. And the food well everybody knows the fish is good at the Captain D's so is the chicken. Baked or fried can't lose!

Food was delicious, not overly greasy and the slaw was absolutely wonderful, first Captain D's slaw I've actually liked and eaten. The booths and upholstery need a serious cleaning overhaul, they looked filthy, but the food and service were great. If the manager reads this review, please contact the DM for cleaning upholstery request,also the "feet" of all the chairs and tables need a thorough scrubbing. If I had paid attention to the seating areas upon walking in we wouldn't have eaten here. Please address the dining room, you're probably losing sales because of it's condition, and that's a shame because the food was great.

I would like to brag on your crew for lunch today. They had one guy working both drive thru and front line and one lady cooking and training someone at the same time. They did a Phenomenal job during rush lunch hour. The food was hot and great. They also made sure everyone in the lobby was happy, asking if we were ok.These 2 employees were great. I did not catch their names but they deserve an incentive for their great work!Crystal and Brian Ellis
From now on, when I go to the drive thru, I will ask how old the Cole slaw is. To get home with a family fish dinner and make sandwiches with the coleslaw. Then find out the coleslaw is bad ruins your whole meal. You guys need to start putting dates on your coleslaw. Very unsatisfied...
