Store was clean except the ladies restroom. No toilet paper or seat covers in any of the stalls except 1. Staff were friendly Ang helpful in the store. Once I got to the gas station the young lady was on her phone I asked her what did she say she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and sight and said "I'm on the phone". Nevertheless I was still kind to her and told her to have a wonderful day and weekend. Im not sure if I was supposed to know she was on the phone but she was not happy with me. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Manager is no response to customers or his staff ! Mr Allen. Jeremy , shouldn’t be in charge of store couldn’t get anyone go pull anything out the back when I order things online says they have 6 off one on shelf. They did nothing but call. No one even looked. !

Due to having an at-risk household, my husband and I have been depending primarily on pickups during the pandemic. After multiple bad experiences at this location, we have come to learn that the service at this particular location is absolutely atrocious. It doesn't matter whether we show up early or late for our pickups; it takes FOREVER to receive our groceries and we end up spending nearly an hour waiting in our car every time. We do not lay the blame on those essential workers doing the delivering, but Kroger itself needs to step it up and have more staff available for pickups (or possibly be better organized?). We have not experienced this at other nearby locations (smaller stores even), so I'm not sure what exactly is happening in Calhoun!

Well I continue to go to the Kroger deli thinking that maybe just maybe things will be different, but once again the customer service is terrible and the chicken they had out today under the light was soggy and in a bag. Then I waited 10 minutes as the employee behind the counter socialized with a familiar customer then proceeded to take an additional 5 minutes to wait on the customer. I spoke up and asked if someone was working in this section only to be told that she would help me in a few. well I had already been standing there for 20 minutes woman. SMH hopefully management will read this and correct these situations. The last time I went in there to pick up chicken I was informed that I'd have to wait 30 to 45 minutes because the employee was going home and the other employee was in the back taking inventory.

My Son was surprising me, after I had hand surg. with groceries to be delivered to my house. They were never delivered to me.. they were left on someone else's porch. they were given our address and the the people who delivered took a pic and sent it to my son. they were told that was the wrong house!! no response and when my son contacted Kroger. NO redund and they had a $5.00 credit ..I WILL never shop at the Calhoun Kroger. U dont do business like that

I want going to say anything, but y'all!!!!! This is ridiculous. Both things purchased in one shopping trip. The potato had a live bug crawling in the package with a huge hole in the potato and the meat had a piece of the grinder stuck to it.
