I've been searching for an elote since moving from arizona and this is the only place in 5 states I've found! It's so authentic and so delicious! The staff is so helpful and so friendly!

Great flan, a large and delicious looking assortment of them mexican popsicles (idk what they're called) great place for a snack. They have relatively few seats, but very nice seating and decor. I plan to come back to get some smoothies and some elote when I'm downtown.Parking: Only like 6 spots here, but I'd be suprised if they were ever full. Just a bit tight.
