Ordered through the app. Order was not found when I arrived. I showed them order and receipt from my card. Employee said she talked with her manager and that if I reorder it would take my money and put it back on my card. She said her manager told her it was in lingo. Every order from the drive thru had to come inside because the sandwich was messed up. After 30 minutes they found my order. They just kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I showed them my order and asked if they could just make it they said no. I asked for a corporate number and was told they didn't have it. Subway do better.

Had a long line in front of us today after church. Line moved quickly as each employee worked together. Manager was running the register as the store continued to fill-up. She smiled and replied I love it, this represents dollar signs lol. A real pleasure taking to her.

Gave a mobile order asked for 3 sandwiches ,2 with mayonnaise with 1 double meat and the 3rd with mayonnaise, oil & vinegar, had a comment/ directions: cut each sandwich into 3 pieces, , when I got to my destination all they cut all 3 in half & dry ( no mayonnaise, no oil & vinegar no double meat, called and was told come back tomorrow and we will fix it right. Went a 2nd time and they did the exact same thing, I don't recommend Subway on Red Bud in Calhoun, I will not be returning ever.

They only have cold sandwiches that we can make at home for a few dollars. They want to charge like 12 dollars for one sandwich. Hello it is a rip off.

This is the worst subway I have been to. The people working here were the slowest ever, using one hand to prepare the sandwiches. Anybody would think I'm exaggerating, but they were holding the veggies to and from like they were holding a live granade. This is the second time here. The first time (3 yrs ago) was also bad because there was only one worker. Never ever coming back to this Subway, that's for sure.

93° outside and at least 96° inside. The air had been off for weeks. The food looked fine but was not refrigerated. I asked if the food was fresh. The server replied, "Good question." We left. Previously, we ate there once or twice a month, and I'd rate it a 5 Star fast food pitstop. But as it was when we went that day, it was a health risk just being in the heat of that building.Parking: We go twice a month and parking lot is never full.Wheelchair accessibility: Level ground. Roll right in.
