When I say our taste buds were violated, I mean it. I came here because I was craving some lo mein. It's pretty hard to mess that up. My husband Kung pain chicken. My daughter also had lo mein. Our food came out and the color looked off for lo mein. Anyway, we took a bite, and it was so disgusting, my husband said his taste buds were violated. We paid and just left without eating anymore. No one checked on us. No one asked if our food was OK or why we didn't eat. But I'm sure they already knew.

They have been consistent the past ten years I have been eating there. The prices are great! The soups are great! Yummo! Wish they had Mei fun or rice noodles!

No wait on a Saturday night (Chinese New Year) at 6:30pm. With only one other occupied table in the restaurant, we were promptly waited on and served. Egg rolls were the worst I ever had. My wife loves egg rolls and after one bite, pushed it to the side. Wonton soup was just empty wonton noodles in broth. My Canton House Beef was good and veggies were crisp. My wifes Chicken with Veggies was very garlicky. Egg drop soup was good, as were the steamed dumplings. Hot tea was good. Where we sat we could hear loud talking on the phone for take out orders. With mixed reviews, we thought we'd give it a try, but wouldn't return.

Disgusting. The food was terrible. I ordered orange chicken and got sweet and sour chicken with a minimal amount of some kind of glaze drizzled on it. The service was terrible, as no one smiled or welcomed me. When I asked a question, the server never smiled and seemed annoyed that I asked whether sweet and sour sauce came with the egg rolls and egg foo yong sauce with the egg foo yong. Wings were horrible, salty, and tasted old and stale. Would not recommend.

pricey, gave me the wrong order, and even that tastes metallic and not like it should. Rice must be very old or under heat lamp all day. For the price, never again. Pretty disappointing to spend a good amount of money on something and be hungry, then get home to this. Really disappointing because It used to be good when I went regularly years ago and that’s why I went this time, but for the cost this is really bad. good portions but the food is really not good for how much it costs. Could go somewhere that you know for certain will be good, better quality, etc for the same price. Really a slap in the face to customers. It’s not good at all

I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Today I ordered a large vegetable combination with tofu. I NEVER HAD ANY issues in the past. Today, I get my order and make it all the way home and noticed that my order was incorrect. Meaning a small amount of vegetables. I then called the restaurant back and spoke with Sophia. She informed me to come back in so they could correct my order. When I got back to the restaurant, she charged me for an ENTIRE new meal. She claimed that I ate some of the food before I came in??? I’m appalled. Excellent food . Customer service was horrible! To make matters extremely worst, Sophia actually charged me for more vegetables. In two years I’ve never had any issues and this being the 1st issue…I can’t believe Sophia didn’t try to correct my concern. The whole issue was not enough vegetables…very little. In any event, I went ahead and paid for an entire new meal. Surprised that Sophia smiled as she told me the new price.Friends and family, this is the fastest way to loose a customer in 20 seconds. I’ve told countless numbers of people how much I enjoyed this place. However, I’ll never return again. Moreover, to ensure I heard Sophia correctly, I recapped everything back to her to clarify what just happened. Although, she opted NOT to ask additional questions pertaining to the photo. She simply characterized the photo as being eaten. She never asked about how it may have been titled in the styrofoam Container the food was placed in by her restaurant during my route back home. There were several customers around. The entire experience was embarrassing and extremely unpleasant. I wanted to be as detailed as possible as the event took place in real time, hence why I recapped the event back to Sophia. I was not given the opportunity to further discuss…I was just charged for a new meal.
