If I could eliminate ever having to go to another chick fil a, I would not mind at all. The staff, an over abundance of them as it is, are overbearing and make you feel rushed to keep the circus of a parking lot with alloted lanes moving. Basically, if you don't order online, you better have the menu memorized as you are expected to have ordered before you ever reach drive thru menu. Having to go through 5 or so staff members, line after line circling building numerous times to reach the food with no extra sauces, 2 of 4 sandwiches missing, cold fries. The new layout/parking was made by a complete moron. You can't even get to parking to go inside due to all the lanes circling building

This is the worse Chick Fil A in Canton. I drove through the drive through which had 3 employees and only one employee working both lines. I went inside yesterday to order two Cobb salads and the girl I placed my order with had a difficult time taking my order. She asked me 3 times what I wanted on my salad . The employees looked dirty, tired , and like they could care less about serving the customer. The place was in total chaos! I will be glad when Hickory Flat opens back up.

UPDATE, 1/2024:This Chick-fil-A has reverted back to the standard drive-through ordering via the board/speaker. Much smoother process.12/2023:The restaurant in Canton off Riverstone Blvd. was shut down for a time for a remodel, but is now open again. I love their grilled chicken sandwiches, and will sometimes get a piece of cut up grilled chicken breast for my little dog.Their drive-thru process is quite unusual. Staff are placed outside who come to your car and take orders directly, rather than the typical speaker order process. I'm not sure why they've gone that route, it seems a little cumbersome - on one occasion the staff who collects the money was distracted, so I had to let them know when I got to the window that I hadn't yet paid for my order. They had to get the guy on the other side who typically takes the money and has the handheld to do the transaction. Very strange process.Vegetarian options: Salads

Stopped here for dinner tonight ordered $40 worth of food. We were missing our son’s nuggets and a spicy sandwich. Husband went in with receipt and bags to get the rest of our paid order. The young man he encountered then told him he packed our order himself and he knew for a fact the nuggets were in there. Which they were not obviously. He then asked someone to remake our order and still refused to give us the nuggets. My husband at that point didn’t want to argue with the child anymore about nuggets and we left. The employee was extremely rude and argumentative about missing food. I’m assuming he thought we were lying about not having nuggets. I’m not sure, but to argue with a customer in the dining area is very unprofessional. Maybe some customer service training is needed there.

It’s pretty routine that something is missing in our bag when we go through the drive-through. Today we were missing toppings for the side salad and utensils. Even though we check the bag, we usually can’t discover everything that’s needed and or should be included.
