Went in for 6 bubble teas and will not go back. I’d rather order from Amazon and make them at home. Open straws were touched with bare hands and placed in our drinks when there were wrapped straws right next to them. Floor was sticky everywhere, there was salt or sugar all over the benches/floor, someone’s food was left sitting half-eaten on a table with flies all over it the whole time we were there…which was a very long time. It smelled like a sewage back-up when we walked in. My kids ended up not even wanting to drink their teas because of all of this so it was a big waste of money. This place used to be really good, sad that it’s gone so downhill.

Place is clean and put together. Ordered Mr. Beast Burger online and this is the pickup location. Order was received an hour before arrival and scheduled time. Arrived at store 5 minutes early and we’ve been told the order wasn’t received until recently and that it would be awhile. I scheduled pick up for 11:15. We’ve been waiting 5+ minutes and the store has not had a single person walk in since the time we arrived. Employees are standing around and screaming in the back of house. Would not recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Been looking for a decent ramen place, so was terribly disappointed. This was absolutely the worst ramen I have ever had. Even the instant stuff from the grocery store is better. Broth looked promising but all I could taste was salt, no flavor whatsoever.

My son used to eat the Chicken fried rice so much that they knew him by his phone number when he called. Management must have changed because now they will not make the chicken fried rice without the veggies. We have not been back. Also let's me know that their food is not fresh to order.

Concur with the prior review about the limited menu. Wanted a Kung Pao or other traditional Chinese dish, they specialize in fried rice...and not much else. Generous portion served in a cardboard container with plastic fork and spoon. Edible but nothing to recommend and I won't be back.

They have just updated their menu. It is a little lackluster. On-par with mall food court Chinese food at dine-in Chinese food prices. I may give it another try, but my expectations are rather low.

This is a update to a previous review the food quality has severely dropped I ordered pork fried rice pretty basic but it was made with fatty bacon and the rice overcooked! I’m so disappointed because being from Boston this was the first place in the South that had decent food oh well?

Worst food. If they want any chance of surviving, they’d go back to their old menu. How do you buy a restaurant and keep the name and change everything about it. I went in with low expectations and they didn’t even meet those. Don’t even bother coming here, this is not Chinese. $40 later and my husband and I both left hungry. Our crab rangoons had barely any filling in them and both of our ramen bowls had absolutely no flavor. Waste of money and waste of time. We won’t be back.

I never post any negative comments on restaurant food because it is so subjective, but I can't help myself this time. I wouldn't give even the 1 star if this app would allow that, so it's not even worth that! This place can only be described with one word-DISGUSTING! Oh...And, a complete Rip Off! Chicken fried rice and Mongolian chicken supposedly have chicken in them. If they put a total between the 2 dishes of an 1/10 of a piece of chicken thigh in them I'd be surprised. And, the flavor??? All I could think was WTH am I eating! Threw most of the $35 of food (mostly rice) in the trash. What a shame that the place has been bought out by people who have no clue on how to cook simple Chinese dishes. I highly recommend never buying anything from this place ever.

This place has gone downhill badly. They are a take out with a very limited menu. The staff were attentive to us, but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of the food

Ordered chicken fried rice which should be a simple request. I have never in my life ordered fried rice and got soggy rice. It tasted watered down, disgusting. Wouldn't even give that food to a dog

Just don't. Half the menu is tacos. I bought a chicken bowl with sesame sauce. Not what I expected, and I won't come back again. This is not a Chinese restaurant.

Love this place and their new ramen is even better! The bubble tea… go try it! You don’t be disappointed.

Went to dinner with my husband on a Saturday night. I had previously send reviews of this spot on ubereats that gave me hope for our dine-in experience, but this was just terrible. We ordered the garlic sesame chicken bowl, teriyaki chicken bowl, crab rangoons, egg rolls, and taro bubble tea. The chicken-based bowls were served with soy-sauce oversaturated rice, boiled chicken and veggies that were not cooked. The crab rangoons were filled with a liquid slurry of pink stuff-- not the cream cheese and crab mix you normally find in rangoons. The egg rolls were super greasy and overcooked. We paid $42 for the meal and left so dissatisfied.
