I ordered a pizza on April 17, 2024 at 5:07 PM, the pizza didn’t show up until 6:52 PM. It was cold. I recommend not to ever use the Hickory flat location. This is ridiculous.

My pizza was not hot. I only live 3-4 blocks away. Delivery boy was extremely nice.

Bought a large pizza yesterday( saturday night) and it was the worst pizza I have ever had!Shop was empty and turn around was quick I thought it unusual for a Saturday evening and now I know why!!Dry burnt and a shallow topping, these guys have gone downhill for sure.

I drive out of my way to come to this domino’s over the one close by to me because it is so much better. The employees are extremely nice and personable and I have never had any issues with any of my orders. Great job!

Well an hour and 1/2 later we are still waiting for the pizza. So much for the 45 minute wait.

Ordered for an easy Friday night meal. I did order curbside, and it was ready in under 20 minutes. My order was promptly brought out. I ordered one medium pizza with five toppings. Half was black olive and feta, the other half was onion, jalapeno and banana pepper. This was also the "handmade pan" crust. As you can see, I ended up with no crust and no jalapeños. The parmesan bread bites were good. For future reference, check your order before you leave.

This is the second time this store has delivered poor quality food as well as service. I always do pick up. The first order was a week ago 5 topping large crunchy thin crust. When I arrived at stored I was told they were out of green peppers , and a free pizza had been attached to my account via my phone # . I got home , no peppers,NO bacon , and No free pizza attached to my account . Paid for food I didn’t get and I was lied too by an employee.Fast forward to tonight. Ordered two topping medium crunchy thin crust. Picked it up ,checked in front on them. There are maybe 3-5 pieces of mushroom/ bacon on the entire thing. They said , we are in bacon shortage and are told to do that right now.Long story short , I will not be returning to the hickory flat dominos.I will recommend the crabapple location however . Phenomenal service . Follow the money !

I made a mistake in ordering and this store’s manager honored my order regardless. Thank you for the A1 customer service and best attitude throughout!

Every time I order it is late or the pizza looks thrown around but the most recent order placed will exclude this location from my business--Order placed online at 549p, guaranteed in 42 min.-Called to check at 649p, advised pizza was in the oven and would receive by 720p LATEST. Promised.-Called at 830p, WE HAVE NO PIZZA.Sierra was unapologetic, said ‘we have no control over drivers’ (as the pizza was marked as leaving the store at 718pm).Called Sunday AM to speak with the store manager, Matt P, was advised he was not there and the girl was SUPER RUDE; refused to provide her name, blamed all of this on their staff vs taking ownership.** Writing this because lying to consumers is the lowest of low. I left late to an event because I had to make dinner for my kids and the sitter…. Who I was paying for the hour I was still home to ensure their dinner arrived.

This store is getting worse sday by day. After waiting an hour, my food tracker stated it had not even been started for prep. I called the store. There were 6 orders till ahead of mine to be prepared. They had THAT many orders come in at once? The girl tried to say they are short handed. None of her comments made any sense. They like to have fun and cut up with each other there. I have watched them when placing a prior order at the store. Dominos needs to step up and close this store.or give more.funding for them to hire people to run it. Poor management is a part of the problem. I am done with dominos. It is not worth a capital D in the name anymore. Papa John's and Marcos, I will be calling you next.

All the recent bad reviews you see are true. This place has gone to the dump. It was my go to location for years, but now I am done with them completely. We have had several issues with the food quality as well as them not even starting the pizza when the tracker says it's good. Last week, I check their time estimator and it says a pizza should be ready in 13-23 minutes. This was perfect, so I place the order. Only immediately after placing the order does it tell it it'll be ready in 50 minutes. This is not the first time they have told us something similar and it was not even started by then, so we were not willing or able to deal with that. I try to cancel immediately, but you can't online. So I call the number, and you get a stupid call center. Finally I get transferred to the store and put on hold endlessly. I tried three times to call them, as did somebody else. They can't be bothered to answer the phone here. Luckily, I selected the "pay at store" option so I wasn't out any money. If they want to waste their money by giving inaccurate times until after purchase, and then being unable to be reached, that's on them. Don't waste your time or money here. Wouldn't be surprised to see them go out of business, they are just that bad now.

Look, I despise writing negative comments because we are all human, I get it. If you're going to order takeout, everything is smooth as silk. Food is correct, and done on time, and staff is friendly. Even the drive there is great. But delivery? Yeesh. Twice I've tried delivery, the first time I didn't get any updates and my food took 45 minutes over expected, to which I went and picked it up anyway. And tonight, where I ordered a pizza with various toppings and was delivered a plain cheese pizza. It's good, they cooked it good. Now this wouldn't be a problem if they ever decided to answer their phones. I've spent over half an hour on hold with this store. I can probably recite the repeated advertisement by heart. Do takeout, enjoy the drive there and back, don't bother with delivery.

Used to be a great location no complaints. Here recently this location has been absolutely terrible. This is the second time this month we have ordered from this location and I can’t even describe the level of chaos and disorganization that goes on here. Both times we showed up for our online order for our pizza to not even be in the oven at the pick up time. The app said we had 1-3 minutes left for our estimated pick up time, however our pizza was still in the “prep” phase of the tracker. We arrived for our order and this time we were told we can come back in 40 minutes to pick it up after already waiting the original 30 minutes estimated on the app. They also don’t answer the phone at this location. I have never had any issue with ordering Domino’s except at this location. I’ll never be ordering here again. The Domino’s on Riverstone Parkway is always correct on order time estimates with hot fresh pizza made right. Or hit up the Papa Johns across the street.
