Ordered a build your own pizza with jalapeno and tomato as we are strictly vegetarian. Unfortunately found piece of meat on it. Very poor handling.

Horrible! I keep saying I'll never order from this location again but sometimes in a pinch, we do. Now I'm done. 5 of the last 5 orders have been wrong. Sure we get points, a free pizza here and there and one refund but it's not worth it. This franchise is terrible and should not be in business any longer. This time I'm done for real.

Don't accept online orders for delivery if you can't actually fulfill them. And then don't call me and leave a rude voicemail like I'm the problem if I accidentally forgot to take my phone off of Do Not Disturb. It was a mistake. Sorry I have to put my phone on Do Not Disturb all the time because of all the spam calls I get. God forbid I forgot to turn it off and you get mad at me? Done with this place.

Delivery driver was not satisfied with tip, so they threw coins on my porch and told my son, who was home sick from school, "don't thank me and keep your change." lost a customer forever*update - manager came out and picked up the change. they have my sympathy, good help is hard to find.

Hate to give this place even a one. Delivery 50 minutes late, cold, no toppings on the tots other than some few bits of bacon. Worst experience in a while, will not be ordering again. The app and the .com site don't work together at all. Wow. No sauce and no cheese on tots. Just bad.

While I have had good experiences with this location, I have also had poor experiences. Tonight was another poor experience.It started when the mobile application would not take my gift card, so I had to go and fire up my computer. Once I started my order on the computer the estimated time to pickup was 16 mins. Then after placing the order it went to 18-28 mins on the tracker. At 35 minutes, the pizza was not even in the oven according to the tracker, but the estimated time to pickup was 12 mins and that was about how far the location is from my house, so I left to pickup my pizza.That was a mistake!! When I got there, the pizza was still not in the oven!! They put it in the oven and I get my pizza in about 10 mins.When I get the pizza home, the first thing I notice is that I did not get the extra cheese I paid for. ?. Then I ate a slice and it had WAY too much sauce. This poor execution made for a bad experience all the way around.Until Dominos decides to “fix” this location, my pizza business will be done elsewhere!

I would like to be understanding with the way this world is today and how we are short of people willing to work. However, in this situation, it wasn’t even the fact that they could not deliver our pizza at all. It was the rudeness and arrogance of the manager on staff! How humiliating for this company!

Good pizza but this is, by far, the worst Domino's Pizza I've ever dealt with. Often you can't get delivery and if you can, prepare to learn the meaning of the word "wait." This one will even screw up curbside delivery. Garbage store.

Cancelled my order and only sent an email notification 10 minutes before pick-up, which I only saw after arriving. Probably spared me food poisoning at least. Will continue never getting dominos.

I’ve ordered 3 times from this store and 2 out of the 3 times they lost my order. Not sure how they stay in business. I will never order from Dominos again.

I try to be an understanding person, knowing there a lot of people in this world today they don't want to work at all, and every business is short staffed. However, the rudeness and arrogance of the managing staff was completely unacceptable. It is embarrassing for them.

Horrible! I have given them multiple chances. Gave up on delivery and decided to do carry out tonight. All 3 pizzas were DISGUSTING- dry- cold and seemed like there was no sauce...40.00 later and it was not even edible. Like seriously...how hard is this job???
