I wouldn't recommend going in the morning. The lady that always takes my order is aggressive and talks so fast she clearly has no interest in what I'm ordering. When I try to repeat my order she gets annoyed and tells me to pull around and then my order is wrong because she didn't listen. The cashiers are great and I never have this problem in the afternoon.

Giving two starts because of the experience over the past several weeks.We love going to Dunkin Donuts and this new location is a great welcome close to home. I have been here a few times now and at least two times, my order was wrong.Once, I ordered a large coffee and they gave me a medium. It was corrected once I inquired about the size.This morning, my bagel had plain cream cheese when my order says garden veggie.Lastly, when you pick up your order as a walk-in, their screen says that your order is ready, when i reality it is not. You have to inquire about it before you get it. Sometimes, it's just not ready and they work on it once you inquire.

Nice,clean. Well organized and friendly. They had plenty of donuts and this was at 7:30 pm last night. Oh the lemon filled and glazed chocolate donut are so good..
Came for a late night study since this location is open 24/7. And we got some doughnuts at around midnight. The kind man let us know that he had fresh doughnuts and went back and forth from the front register to get us fresh doughnuts. I love sitting inside this location especially with the good music and wide booths. I do appreciate the kind employee and great ambiance!

I ordered 2 donuts today. Unfortunately, both the powdered donuts I ordered were stale. I would have returned them but I was to far down the highway. Sad to say I will not purchase anymore from them. WHO WANTS CRUNCHY DRY DONUTS? DRY DONUTS SUCK
Ordered a decaf iced latte, and I was handed a drink without any cream. Asked for the cream to be added to the latte and was handed another cup without the order tag on it. Now having heart palpitations from the drink not being decaf. Don't waste your time here, they will just get your order wrong.

Dunkin' Donuts on Cumming Highway just told me to get lost. There were 10 cars in the drive thru when I arrived. Because of so many cars in drive-through, I decide to go inside, and I was the only customer at the counter now, after 15 minutes of watching them, serve drinks and make drinks for the folks in the drive in line I asked for someone to take my order, she finally took my order which was six donuts and a coffee. And then I heard her whisper, something to her friend working with her about letting me sit. So 10 more minutes go by and nobody's handed me my donuts or my coffee; they keep making food for the drive-through. I ask again for someone to take give me my donuts at least right behind them and and maybe just pour me a small coffee. the one worker told me after I asked again, and was told they were busy, I replied that I've seen you give orders to six cars since I've been standing here and since I've been ordering at the counter. Then the woman came over and told me that we give drive-through priority and if you wanted your drink faster you would go through the drive-through. At that point I asked for a refund which the cashier was taking way too long and didn't know how to handle. So I need a refund on my check I have never been spoken to like this before in a retail establishment. I always tried to be very polite, but she could tell I was definitely getting very aggravated by the time I left.
