Donuts tasted like chemicals. Order an apple fritter, which is a very specific type of donut. Didn’t look like one, looked like a donut inside. Iced Coffee tasted like sewage.

I work close by and frequently grab coffee from this location. While their coffees and food often never disappoint, I am tired of having to deal with their customer service when it comes to mobile orders. I’m not usually one to complain, however almost every single time I order online I’m waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5-15 mins for someone to turn their back and give me the opportunity to ask for my coffee (that I can see behind the counter?????). Totally understandable y’all have other things to do but the energy and service when it comes to mobile orders needs some work!

A friend and I frequently go through the drive-thru. Their breakfast sandwich croissants are excellent, always fresh. My friend loves their frozen mochas. The young people who man the drive-thru are always very pleasant and efficient.

I asked for a cold coffee with no ice because I have sensitive teeth and ice hurts when I have it in my drinks. They proceeded to tell me they would not fill my coffee up all the way because the coffee is priced with ice included.What? I’ve been going to Dunkin for more than 20 years, ordering the same thing and no one has ever pulled that on me. Pretty ugly and inconsiderate of them to do. I won’t be tipping them or giving them gift cards at Christmas and their birthdays like I did the last location.

I go through drive through in early morning and they have it together, fast and employees are on it. They need to teach the MCD across the street how to perform. Employees seem to care about their jobs.

I just want to say the kids at This store are rude Because I didn't get my bagel The way IThe way I wanted One of the boys there Said I was a problem ?Thank you Dunkin Donuts For not having a manager there that's actually an adult ! Very upset!! Teach these rude kids some manners! And to treat your customers with respect! I won't be back to this store again. The one on sixes rd by chevron and McDonald's.

My review for services is only based on my drive thru experience. I received a Luke warm reception by Zack when I received my donut holes and coffee even when I tried to make small talk with him, but I didn't pay much mind to it.Heading toward my 1.5hour drive back to Conyers (5 miles from Dunkin'), I opened my "powdered donut holes" to find disappointment. I wondered where the white powder was. I tried to make the best of it by eating them. After eating 2 of the powderless donut holes that tasted 2 days old where the sugar melted into the donut, I knew I had to turn around and return them...even if it was going to add 15 minutes to my drive.I tapped on the window and showed Zack my donuts and asked him what happened to the powder. His flippant attitude and remark was, "We don't make 'em."....in other words what do you expect. Zack called Derk over when I asked for my refund. I told Derk what happened and that I didn't like Zack's flippant and dismissive attitude and his lack of customer service. DERK WAS VERY NICE WITH A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE AND POSITIVITY! I asked him for the owners number so I could recommend retraining Zack. I told Derk, I'd get in there and train him myself (my imparting some more experienced wisdom to him on how to talk to people) if I didn't have a 1.5 hour drive ahead of me. I received my refund with no issues from an upbeat Derk, and I advised him I'd be writing a Yelp review since I wasn't able to speak to the owner.
