Very Very, Very SALTY Ham and side dishes. Ruined my Christmas dinner. I spent $105.99 for worst food ever.Never again. ???Vegetarian options: SALTY Beans, salty broccoli salty potatoes.

This year we were pressed for time and due to some travel issues, we opted for a Honey Baked Ham, served 10-12 people and a Honey Baked Turkey, served 8-10 people. Yes we knew before ordering how much they charge for there products and did it for the convenience. We have never had an issue with the Honey Baked Hams and find them to be good tasting. This year included. Now as far as the Honey Baked Turkey.. it was TERRIBLE , very disappointed in the overall look, amount provided, and the taste was bland.Everyone at the table commented we could have gotten a Boars Head Deli Turkey and it would have been better !You make the choice.. we have and will never again do this! Shame on you Honey Baked Hams Stores!

Staff was very nice. It was the day before Easter and they were super busy and then the computer system went down but they handled it well and still got everyone taken care of. Very nice

We were in the Canton Store today to pick up ham for our granddaughter’s pre-k graduation supper. ALL the employees were in the back socializing and the front of the house staff as well as the back of the house staff were ALL standing around socializing and not paying attention at all to the customers. No help whatsoever!!!

I ordered two sandwiches today, one without tomato, and the other without tomato and lettuce.When I got home both sandwiches had everything on them. It was even listed on the receipt to delete the tomato and lettuce. We ended up having to take off all the toppings because there was tomato juice all over them.I know this might sound petty, but when there was only one couple in the restaurant, and it clearly said to delete the items on the receipt, this shouldn't have been an issue.They weren't busy. There wasn't an employee shortage. This was just carelessness. With food prices being almost doubled, and two sandwiches costing $20, restaurants need to be doing a better job these days.The customer service was good, just not the food prep.

I could not leave my daughter in the car and come inside! The sweet and kindest young lady ran out to my vehicle and she knew her from school. She was a peer helper, so she completely understood our situation! Thanks for being so amazing, we wouldn’t have Thanksgiving dinner without you all helping make it happen!

Horrible experience, walked in at 5:48 pm , ordered a sandwich , sat down to eat my meal and was asked to leave because they were closing in 5 mins. How uncourteous that American Business have come to the point that they can even allow a few minutes for a patron to eat their damn sandwich ! I eat at this location a great deal but never again … PATHETIC

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The staff are always incredibly friendly and professional, the dining room is always clean, and, most importantly, the food is always delicious and of great value. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting something different than typical fast food affair.
