How do you expect to run a pizza place when you don't answer your phone? We let it ring and ring... no answer. Tried going to the website to order for pickup... can't custom create a pizza. I suppose we'll go over to another pizza place. Seriously dissappointed.

I will NEVER be back. My buddy and I ordered a half and half pizza and our order was botched and the entire pizza contained an ingredient my friend cannot eat. When we told our waitress that there was a mistake and that rather than having an entire pizza remade, we just wanted two slices of the pizza my friend can eat, she charged us 3.40 each for the slices that "made it right". Ridiculous.

Had lunch two different times and had a great experience both times. Got a chicken gyro and pizza slices and all were great. Crust tastes fresh baked from high quality dough with a crispy edge. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back.

I think it all depends on which location you go to. As far as Pizza goes, I would say it is better than other chains. However, again, it absolutely depends on location. And some locations are pretty close to awful. So I really give a good rating unless I specifically call out one particular location.

Finally Awesome Pizza & Stromboli in Macedonia!! We have ordered delivery & take-out several times and it's always very hot & fresh!! Great customer service in the restaurant & on the phone and Delivery has always been very friendly!

Enjoyed the food but I'm extremely upset about there being a surcharge for paying with card AND NOT POSTED ANYWHERE on either menu, take out or hard copy, OR by the registers or by the front door. I don't mind paying the service fee if I chose to use card knowing about the fee. HOWEVER, I had cash that could have been used instead had I known about the fee. Completely unacceptable and by LAW it needs to be known by the point of sale.
