If I could give zero stars I would. Read all reviews and look at all photos!! How this place received a 90 health score 2 months ago is beyond me!!

As soon as I open the door I was hit with this NASTY SMELL! I should have walked out then… firstly you have to pay before you eat.. 60$ for 4 people drink included. Then he handed me my empty cups .. I was confused and was told we have to get our own drinks and seat ourselves. Okay cool. I went to make my plate and I looked at my husband and we both laughed .. at this horrible selection of food , each pan barley had any food in it , not to mention the hibachi was COMPLETELY closed. They had 3 small rows of food and was row was just for fruit/ dessert .. food was ehh. Not to mention the ceiling was covered in what I believe is mold. They never once came for our plates. And as we were leaving the worker was on his phone wearing gloves rolling silver ware. I went to the restroom and saw throw up all over the toilet just PLEASE stay away. You been warned.

It doesn't have a great variety, but the food looks fresh, looks good, clean bathrooms, nice and clean premises, easy access and enough parking. I visited again recently and they have the same variety of food, very little to select from, they don't change anything. I visited it again on 03/23/2023 and I see little variety and the same menu. It hasn't changed at all.

The sesame chicken and hot and spicy chicken were very chewy, the buns were hard and they never made fresh food while i was there for over an hour. The ice cream was okay but very freezer burnt. The drinks were the strong point of my evening.

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! Don't waste your time and money Only 3 rows of food everything cold "Slop" At 12:30 we were charged $15.00 for Buffet each person. I said to one of the workers nicely "The green beans are cold and greasy she came over and Yelled "NO no food warm" I said they are swimming in soy sauce and water and limp she just walked away. As we sat down we noticed dirty dishes piled up on 4 different tables and only one other customer eating the table we were sitting at was sticky and dirty none of us wanted to say anything we might get yelled at!! And there was No Tea which is my favorite

This place is completely self service. Not sure why there is even a tip line on the credit card slip. The food had a funny taste to it and even though we had to pay dinner price on a Sunday the hibachi was closed and only 3 steam tables were going.

Food taste great Restaurant needs a good cleaning No waiter or waitress Needs to replace silverware We will never revisit. Health score 70 Friend and I visited for early dinner. The cashier/host/bus boy was very, very rude. He slammed the dishes while cleaning the tables. When my friend kindly ask, "excuse me sir, why are you slamming the dishes?" His response, "I've work here years, get over it!"

My first time here and lemme just say 0/10 experience. The inside is depressing and smells funky. The food - INEDIBLE!!! I mean for Pete sake, even the water has me paranoid. Good people they probably are. But this food and the environment is not healthy. I don't know how their doors are open.

The rude cashier cleans the tables, handles money and rolls silverware while coughing with the same gloves. I watched him just to see if he'd change in between, he did not. He also slams the plates and silverware very loudly in the collection container while people are trying to enjoy their meals. I will not be eating at this restaurant again, I'm shocked no one has gotten sick with all the crossed contamination.

I hate to be this person, but this is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The rice was yellow rice not fried rice, they forgot my sweet and sour chicken, the chow mein smelled really strange, and the peppered steak tasted like boiled meat.

Health Concerns About Recent Dining Experience at Ichiban Buffet 2210 Holly Springs Pkwy, Canton, GA 30115.I recently had an experience at Ichiban Buffet that I feel compelled to share. While my elderly father and I have dined there without issues in the past, our last visit left us concerned about food quality and safety.During our recent visit, we noticed that the buffet included fried crab halves that didn't taste right and had a strong ammonia-like odor. While I'm grateful that I recognized the issue and stopped eating them promptly, it raises questions about the overall food quality and safety at the restaurant.Food safety is paramount, and no one should risk their health when dining out. I understand that minimizing food waste is important for businesses, but serving old or compromised food to customers is not acceptable.I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing more rigorous food quality checks and handling procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. I've already reported my concerns, although my concerns were not addressed. I plan to contact the Cherokee County Health Department during business hours to ensure this issue is brought to their attention.I believe that open and respectful communication can lead to improvements, and I hope this message serves as a constructive reminder of the importance of food safety in the restaurant industry.We will not eat here again.
