Great subs, fast service, and the eating area is clean and welcoming. If you need a quick bite, I find it pretty easy to eat reasonably healthy here on the go.

Staff is great there! Food is ALWAYS great. Fresh, made to order, cut the meat fresh for each sandwich. My go to for a great hoagie.

Usually this place rocks, however on this day management was rude, we had a large order and 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly. They did not have our drinks. On a positive note the staff was great, just manager was not having a good day and it was reflected in our order, the staff was courteous and the sandwiches they made rocked.

I love Jersey Mike's. Ate it 3 times in the past week (not at this location). It's hard to mess the food up, but depending on the time of day the service at this location can be slow.Just like a couple of weeks ago. After sitting in over an hour of a commute home, because somebody decided to play bumper cars on 575, I decided I didn't have the energy to cook and just wanted to pick up a quick sub for dinner.It's about 6:30pm, I walk in and there's nobody in line, two people look like they're waiting on a somewhat large online order. Two people walk in right after me and get in line. There's 4 or 5 subs already past the meat and cheese stage, and Employee "A" is working on the toppings. Employee "B" is making another 1 or 2 hot subs. Employee "C" is cleaning the meat slicer, and says they'll be right with me. I say "No problem!" So far, everything seems normal.Two or three minutes go by while "C" cleans the slicer. Then he takes my order, a hot sub. "A" and "B" are still working on the online order, so I step aside to wait. "C" shuffles around doing something, refilling the stack of cups maybe? Another 2-3 minutes go by, the two people behind me still haven't ordered. "B" finishes the online hot subs, and "A"...who is still working on toppings for the online order 5-6 mins later...tells him to restock the bags. "B" disappears to the back for another 2-3 minutes, but apparently didn't bring out enough bags because "A" tells him to go get more.We're at about 8-9 minutes and the online order isn't finished, my order has been taken but not started, and the other two guys are just now getting their order taken. After standing there watching all of this unfold for another couple of minutes and no progress being made, I told them to forget about my sub and I went to Chick-fil-A.Made it through a drive through line about 25 cars deep in the same amount of time I stood in Jersey Mike's and watched not a single sub get finished or paid for.

Omg they made the best gluten free sub for me! I love that she changed her gloves without even asking and also used squirty mayo instead of the communal one with the knife. I was able to get all the toppings I wanted. It was so good

Do not place your order online from this location and then go in to pick it up. You will wait until all other customers in the store have been helped, then they will process your order. I am on oxygen and after waiting about 25 minutes after I placed my order online, I told them that my oxygen machine was running out of battery, and they still took another 20 minutes to make my order. That is just not fair!! It would have been much faster to place my order in the store. Something is not right here!!

Turn online ordering off if you're going to push it to the back of the queue. Had to wait for every single walk-in to be served. Ones that came after we placed our order. 4 month old in the car. Very disappointed. We eat here 3 times a week. Not one time have we been told we had to wait for walk-in guests. What's the point of online ordering? We would've/should've just walked in and gotten it quicker. Danny Devito would be disappointed.

I've had lunch here several times, and it has consistently been great. Granted, the same lady always makes my sandwich (some of you may remember her from another Canton deli that closed up shop); many years of experience will make a huge impact on how well your order turns out. Another thing I have noticed is the staff recognizing repeat customers by name. It's like Cheers minus the drinks. I'm not the Wolfman, but I guarantee that if you ask for Donna, you'll be very happy with your sandwich. And if you're less than 30, you won't understand my joke.

Poor customer service! Forget ordering ahead. I was just told that they have to finish the people that walked in and and I already waited 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes for my order to be ready. I do believe you guys should take down the advertisement order head and or you should retrain your staff when I went in after 40 minutes of waiting I I gave the employee my name. He just stared. On top of that one of the employee was a girl her hair was a mess. No hairnet pretty sure that his company’s violation. I am rethinking this location at Jersey Mike’s. Best of luck.

Just wanted to say I visited this Jersey Mikes today 12/30/22 at about 1:45 and the ladies were amazing, customer service was top notch!!! From the brunette who greeted me as soon as I entered the restaurant to the lady who rung up my order they all were very pleasant. I will definitely continue coming to this Jersey Mikes bc the service is impeccable and the lady who made my sandwich on the grill it was phenomenal they can have all my money!!! Jersey Mikes this crew deserves a raise asap!!! I would Have uploaded a picture of my sandwich but it was soooo good I ate it before I could take a picture lol
