Don't order for pick up and expect it to be ready. 20 minutes waiting and they haven't even started our food. We spoke to them twice telling them we were there for a pick-up and still they didn't start our food. They serviced at least 10 walk ins before we told them to refund our money. I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service EVER. We will never come back to this location. Riverstone location has MUCH better service. So sad. The mood and energy was negative. Obviously, no communication between the co-workers as well. Like I said before, very sad. Jersey Mike's is a great brand.

They don't accept coupons online, so we had to go to store to place our order for a sub platter. When we went to pick up our order, it was ready and special instructions were followed. The subs were not cut in even sizes. The roast beef had nice color, just the way I like it. They only offer provolone on their subs. Some of the end pieces were just bread. All in all the subs were a great addtion to our Super Bowl party.

One time I came in to order a sandwich, I met the new employee that was hired. Her name is Melissa. She was on her phone the entire time, she was also very slow and very rude to her co-worker. The second employee was outstanding, he did a greasy job. He was solo, taking care of the walk in orders and online orders. I believe his name was Carson. He made my sandwich with fast pace and high quality. Thank you so much, I can’t understand how can someone as him work with a such a lame co-worker.

We’ve tried eating here like twice in the past month and both times they “ran out of bread.” Which is a joke because you’re literally a sandwich shop. Each time it was over an hour before they closed. My husband was a restaurant manager for many years and he would make more bread or if that wasn’t an option he would go to another store to get more ingredients. Just unacceptable to close up hours before you’re supposed to close because you run out of the main ingredient you use. The employee I talked to on the phone agreed and said they regularly get angry customers because the morning shift manager refuses to handle the problem.

Dirty tables, low heath score, confused employees. They wear gloves and touch the register while making sandwiches. Also put sandwich on the counter without any paper wrap. I see why they have any 81 score. Stay away from this location.

I sure miss black olives, but the great bread and fresh ingredients certainly make up for it. Long-time customers and keeping them on our list.

Stopped by for a sub instead of making my own at home. Ordered a "Giant" Ham and Provolone on wheat.Watched as person making sub put 4 thin slices of provolone followed by 4 equally thins slice of ham and then moved over to toppings. To say it was a sad looking sandwich was an understatement. I kept waiting for young guy to look at this $15-16 sandwich and realize "oops I must have made a mistake" but nothing. My sad little "Giant" sub was then brought over to another guy at register. I then stated my sandwich certainly doesn't look like the ads or their own pics on wall. Guy at register explains that they only do a run back and forth of meat. I asked him to look because that wasn't what I was being provided and he agreed they made a mistake. At this point they added their "required" meat to the sandwich. I took this said little "Giant" sub home on feasted on mostly bread with what might have amounted to 2 ounces of meat. To make matters even worse, while looking at the sparse meat being put on the sub at the deli, I failed to notice that I had white bread instead of wheat. Certainly far from their ads with Danny Devito. Won't be going back. I suspect I can get a better sub from a gas station cooler section next time and save the wait and frustration and will be cheaper and certainly won't be any worse.
