I cannot believe how S-L-O-W the drive thru is. Twice now within 3 weeks they have forgotten an item in my order and had to go back, once I was home, to get it. Check you order and plan to spent time in the drive thru.

We love this location's chicken when it's fresh but $3.99 for a chicken breast is outrageous. Leg is $2.99 and wing $2.59. I bought 5 pieces of chicken for $16. Will buy chicken from Kroger's from now on.

We have tried different times, different seasons and OMG, different years. They never have crispy chicken! NEVER! This last time, they didn't have ANY chicken! This is intolerable! We keep trying, but why? KFC has the best chicken! Apparently they don't make chicken anymore!

What a garbage establishment. Drive through only, undermanned. Food is cold and old. If you like KFC, this one will ruin it for you. Bought a 5 piece tender, came with just 4 , and a very small handful of fries just thrown in the side of the box. Took one bite and threw away. Just awful.

Came with my wife and daughter to this location. They were out of nuggets (at 5:30pm) so had to order my 3 yo daughter a meal and at the higher cost. That was just the start, not one of us could finish the meal the food was absolutely disgusting and every single table inside was not cleaned off. The service was horrible as well. Went in to wash my hands and only the cold water works in the guys restrooms. They need to shut this location down.

Can’t even fathom how disgusting the food was at this location and we were dining inside rather than drive thru which led us to expect hot, fresh food. Ordered the new nugget meal from KFC and all the food from the fries to the biscuit to the chicken were all cold, dry, and stale. The fries couldn’t even be bitten into let alone bent or snapped in half they were so cold and hard. I didn’t dare ask for fresh food out of fear of someone here spitting in it. My boyfriend’s taco was also stale and gross. Ordered 2 sauces with my meal and received none. The dining room was completely empty but every table was covered in sauce and drink slime and crumbs probably since that morning. I rarely visit this establishment and tonight’s experience reminded me of why I don’t and will never return to any other KFC again. I’ll stick to Chickfila where I know I would absolutely never be served this type of meal. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m surprised KFC is even still in business serving food like this.

Doesn’t that mean they aren’t making enough.3. The last time i went at 7 pm they said they had no KFC.4. You can’t get out of the drive thru line once in it. Sucks when #3 happens.

Do not ever go to the Woodstock) Hickory Flat, KFC Taco Bell. They are rude and practically threw my food at me and cussed me as they slam the door.

Its a kfc/tacobell...Customer service is garbage after the daytime crew leaves, food and beverage availability drops. All in all, just don't eat here after lunch, it's a waste of time if you want the kfc side.

"hey buddy".... You need to get retrained in customer service. Like everyone else said, they were out of lots of stuff too. Drive the extra 5-6 miles to the hwy 5 location and get what you want with good customer service.
