Today, our trip to La Parilla was outstanding!! Our food was delicious and more than enough. We had an excellent server, Monse, who was helpful, attentive, and friendly. We asked to see the manager, Robbie, to let him know how great our food, service, and overall vibe were, only to find out the server has only been working there a week! Awesome... through and through! We live in Fort Myers, FL, and we were visiting our daughter here in Canton. We had complained that since we moved there 5 years ago, we never got Mexican food as good as we do here. So we were back, and so happy to treat our taste buds to all this yummy food! Thanks to Robbie, Monse, and the kitchen staff for a delightful meal!
Food is always full of flavor and we always look forward to La Parilla date night. The only downside is in the extraordinarily long wait times, and it's nearly impossible to place an order over the phone.
La Parrilla is one of the few chain restaurants that I love visiting. It's always consistent, no matter which location you go to, but my favorites are the Towne Lake and the Canton locations. The service is great, the lunch prices are amazing, and the drinks are delicious if you are feeling like margaritas. They serve lunch until 4, after which they switch the menus to dinner menus. Stop by if you are in the area :)
I have in this restaurant chain for years and I have seen things going bad. Food portions getting smaller, and smaller and smaller… too little for $25 amigos of La parrilla there anre amy ways to profit on your business but is not smart doing it by giving your customers more frijoles and less carne….

I went there on Saturday while I was waiting on my dog to be groomed. I order appetizers and a drink the total came to $40.79 I tipped the server $10 in cash. Skip to today when the pending charges show cleared and I was charged $59.86 a difference of $19.07 the server helped themselves to on my dime smhI called restaurant and they yet to respond so I will dispute charge but be careful when eating there so they don’t steal from you as well.Update: I spoke with management and the said it was a clerical error and they promptly provided me a refund and a gift card for the inconvenience Zach and his team were very helpful in getting this resolved
