This review is LONG overdue. This was the FOURTH order IN A ROW that Marcos has messed up. I wanted to review the previous 3 times but always decided against it because I honestly just did not feel like typing it all out. But tonight is different. We ordered delivery for dinner tonight because it was for the elementary school’s fundraiser. My daughter was looking forward to seeing her pizza box tonight, as it was all she talked about after school. As my husband went out front to get the pizzas, i said to him “i wouldn’t be surprised if they forgot her box”, kind of in a joking way. But what do you know- we did not receive her box. We received the regular Marcos pizza box.The only reason we ordered from this Marcos was solely for my daughter’s pizza box fundraiser and they completely messed it up.The 3 times prior to this that they messed up :1. The ceasar salad was disgusting and wilted, dark green slime lettuce. I did not call them to complain, just let it slide2. Placed a delivery order that was scheduled to arrive around 5 pm. When i got home at 6 ish i asked my family where the pizza was… well, it had not been delivered. When I called to ask where it was, they told me it was leaving the store.. did not arrive for another 45ish minutes. When the guy delivered it he told me he forgot the ceasar salad and could bring it back but it would be a while. So i call the store to figure out what to do. They told me they would issue a store credit. Of course that never happened.3. I guess i deserved it this time because I should have learned the previous time. Forgot all the sauce we ordered and that was when i decided to never ever order Marcos again. They suck now

If I could give a negative stars I would, went to this location got my pizza and went home and they gave us someone's order not mine so drove back to the store to have them remake my order, when I got there none of my order was made then they hand me 1 pizza and said have a good day and I was like I am missing 3 more pizza then they made me wait another 30 min for my other pizza. Very unprofessional this needs to change.

This used to be a great Marcos then went downhill over a year+ ago. We keep trying to see if things improve and they actually get worse. Poor management and no quality control. I went to watch my order being made because it seemed like untrained staff it is exactly what you'd expect and nobody checks order quality. It's frustrating to see what should be a simple business to run, be run into the ground. There is a great Marcos on Holly Springs! which isn't too far away, order from them instead and pickup. And this message is for the franchise owner, you need a manager that has an eye for quality and puts in the effort to train the staff. If you can't figure out what a good pizza looks like I'll come down there and run it for you.

I order from Marco’s often but this time was the worst experience EVER!! I ordered almost $50 worth of food for curbside. I pushed the “I’m here” button they sent when I arrived and waited over 10 minutes and no one came so I called after watching the front desk workers dancing around and at least 5 other people standing around. Not to mention, there were multiple people working with shoulder length hair and it not restrained ! That’s against health code!! The person on the phone said their button isn’t working. I can understand technology not working but a notice would be nice. Also, when she brought it out I asked if all of the sauces we ordered were there she said yes. Glad I checked!! NOT A SINGLE DRESSING FOR OUR SALAD was there and we ordered double for the family salad! I went in and asked for it and asked for replacements for my ranch that was hot after being placed in with the hot items! She said, “ you can go get the other ones and I’ll replace them that’s how we do it” other places would say sorry and replace them and not have new walking in and out FOR A CURBSIDE ORDER!!!! I asked for the manager’s name she said Mariana. I asked her named and she gave me the same name. I said so you’re the manager and she said yes. I asked if this level of service was acceptable to her and she said if I didn’t like it to bring my order back in and she’d refund the order!! I will be contacting the General Manager!!

I enjoy Marco’s pizza, but I have had to discontinue purchasing and having them delivered. I selected the option of no contact delivery and have been told this store won’t honor it by multiple drivers. I will no longer risk my health for you not to honor what you offer. Too bad because you have a decent product just not people who are educated enough to understand why this was still needed.Edit Dec 11, 2023: As the owner below requested I attempted to contact them through Facebook. Literally NO WAY to do this. Until there is open communication lines with this place my review will stand as is. I have taken my time as a consumer to work with the location. Once again they may say one thing, but actually making things right is not happening.

I was looking to grab a quick bite on my way to the airport. Ordered a 6" meatball sub on my first ever visit to this restaurant. At 6:00 pm, they didn't seem that busy and I was the only one dining in. My first bite landed me inside a cold -- not warm, not cool -- meatball. First impressions are lasting impressions. While the manager quickly had the kitchen rustle up a new sandwich, I won't be in a hurry to return. The second sandwich was average at best, and there are way too many other options in my neighborhood.

We ordered two pizzas one with onions, one with green olives. The pizza with the onions barely had any toppings on it. I called the store and spoke to the manager, well, at least the manager on duty. I told him my pizza had hardly no toppings, he didn’t seem like you cared at all. He mentioned some thing about the amount of toppings they put on the medium pizza. I asked him what amount is used, and he told me 3 ounces. When I said the amount of onions on my pizza was probably no more than the size of a medium ring of onion he just didn’t even bother to answer me. He didn’t offer anything, no discount no free pizza in the future no will remake your pizza and send them out again. He just didn’t care and hung up on me. I will be deleting the Marcos app off my phone and will not be ordering from them anymore. The sad part is, other than the onion being barely visible, the pizza was really very good!

A TOTAL TRAIN WRECK! I tried to order a pizza from Marco's and the entire experience was a disaster, start to finish. I placed the order online but never got a delivery update. When I called to ask the status, I was on hold for 5 minutes and another person picked up to start the process over again. i was told the online order wasn't something they had any control over. I spoke to the manager, and he said the pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes. An hour later, I called back again and they said they had no idea when or if the pizza was going to be delivered. Clearly, they couldn't give a flip if I got the pizza or not. Everything they did was a total meltdown. I will NEVER order from these people again.

Ordered takeout. Pizza has a little more twang to it (which I like) compared to a more sweet style sauce. The order was ready when promised. They were polite and I was in and out quickly. Kitchen looked clean. Very good!
