I sat in the Drive-thru for well over 20 minutes. No one came to explain the issue or the wait. Once arriving at the window, I had the completely wrong order. My correct food was literally thrown at me by the tall gentleman who appeared to be the manager. He stated that the drive-thru was waiting on a cashier…..not the fault of the customer not being notified of the true issue. Will never return to this location.

Martin’s is usually a good place to eat! But the one in Canton is poor. We’ve given them at least 5 different chances and each time we find a problem. The biscuits are so greasy, soaking through the bag, or the biscuits themselves are not cooked throughly, or the soda is flat, OR they just let you sit at the drive through microphone saying “they’ll be right with you” and just never come. I got lunch once and the meat or pickles tasted not right… vinegary almost. It’s just not a good Martin’s compared to the rest.

Chicken biscuit, the chicken was old and so dried out I thought I was chewing on a porkchop bone.I took the chicken off it was a waste of time and money. Biscuit was cold and not as freshI was not happy about my breakfast.

We always get the large pork loin sandwich and large cheese grits. Today my husband went to get them and the pork loin biscuits had a small piece of meat and the grits were like soup. We were very disappointed
We just moved to Georgia and saw this restaurant and decided to try it out. It was dirty inside, half of our orders were incorrect, and some food was cold. The biscuits and gravy and pork tenderloin sandwich were good, and we had amazing onion rings! The staff was helpful and remade things, but overall, it was not a positive experience. It sounded like they were short staffed, and there was also a new employee, but we were disappointed overall.

The staff seem nice and I hate to even write a review.. but something needs to change at this location like it’s bad..and I feel the need to warn others so you don’t waste your time and money… you wait in line for 30 minutes to get your food expecting it must be taking forever because it’s so fresh.. I just got my food. It isn’t hot. It’s disappointing.. hardly any eggs on my biscuit and it’s cold.. when all I ordered was a egg and cheese and hashbrown.The hashbrown is still cold like it wasn’t cooked properly.And the food just seems to be getting worse. I live by the location so I have given them numerous chances since they have opened so this unfortunately isn’t just off one bad experience.It seems to be like this every time.Also I don’t dare eat inside.The place isn’t the cleanest.So disappointed I know better not to wait for “different” food. So I thanked them and left. ? Ugh I was so excited about this opening and to think we lost our Biscuit Barn place for this..

I was very much looking forward to my breakfast this morning and I’ve never had an issue with this location before. I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a large chicken biscuit with a large cheese grits. My biscuit barely had any chicken on it and it was soaked and dripping in what I assume to be butter. I thought surely the grits would be better. However, to my surprise when I opened the container, it was only filled about half way. Both my items were lukewarm and I am very disappointed.
