Portia had the AUDACITY to call a young autistic lady retarded, and I saw a lady using a bleach cleaner NEAR FOOD and it was so strong I could smell it. Absolutely not coming back here because the management is atrocious and NEEDS to be fired.

Got double meat on one of the Big Macs for 2 dollars more. Was surprised how well it was prepared. With bogo special cost just under 8 bucks for the double meat and a regular Big Mac burger. Plus, the survey on receipt is for any sandwich bogo free.

This place is a solid 2 out of 5... Usually, the employees are doing there job at least half the time, and on their phones the other half... More often then not, you'll get forgotten about if they start talking... The drive-thru seems to get the most attention... Overall, you can tell that small amount of the workforce cares, but the rest, not so much...

Lovely mcdonalds location. Mrs. Marsha, Stephanie, and the rest of the team are amazing. Store is super clean and many team members are bilingual.

The food was the same as any other location. The restaurant is EXTREMELY dirty inside. I walked around and found stuff to clean our table and it had to be scrubbed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in several weeks. There are signs at the front counter that say to use the kiosk….no employees spoke to us from the time we got there until the time we left. I had to walk behind the counter to get someone’s attention for a cup for my meal. There were 6-8 employees sitting abound looking at their phones in the dining room and working behind the partition. There is no one greeting or tending to customers. We got our food quick and there were no problems with it. This location has ZERO customer service and no one keeping it clean.

Cold sandwich and potatoes, I asked for a change, they came back cold. horrible service. There were 4 Spanish employees who I still heard them say, they must think they are paying too much for a sandwich and potato to demand that it comes hot. I ordered 7 sandwiches, I went with children after a morning at home with friends and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the food 2x cold.
