When we went in we had to stand forever it seemed to get cups no one up there Manger I guess came open register for and orhe employee and still left us standing waiting. Finally the employee that got register open for him after he was done gave us cups. I guess your manager think it beneath them to help customers. What happens to the concept that customers pay their pay checks without us you have no business

There seems to be a McDonald's on every corner so this restaurant isn't rare, but the staff is extremely rare. The amazing lady that took my order was above and beyond. You never know what someone is going through and her kind words, huge heart, and just amazingly pleasant attitude turned my day around for the better. Thank you so much! Keep on encouraging. ❤️

Horrible place. When you hear the manager screaming and cursing at the crew you know why things are as bad as they are! The crew is beat down, don’t want to be there and could not care less about their customers. Shame on this franchisee for allowing this to be their acceptable behavior!
15 minute wake at the curb at the drive-thru with only two other cars. Very slow and dumb

For the umpteenth time, the milkshake / ice cream machine was not working. Had to go to another mc'ds to get a shake for the grandson! Seriously please tell me why. If it's on the menu, make sure customers can order it.
