Undercooked meat.Overcooked bloomin' onion.Watered down drinks.Overpriced.Average fare.But i knew this ahead of time.Potato was good.The venue was next to our movie so what's a guy to do but pay 100$ for dinner...And go see a forgettable Ghostbusters sequel.

Service was excellent. You can tell the training and management is effective here. Brooke and expediters delivered orders to our exact request. Food was excellent and reminded me of Outback when I first visited Tampa back in the 1990’s. Glad to see the house salad is back to a larger size. Well done!

I am extremely dissatisfied and disgusted by the food I received from this Canton, GA Outback Steakhouse today. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this location, and the 2nd time I am upset by the food quality, appearance, taste, etc. (I usually frequent the Atlanta/Toco Hills location, many times over the past 8 years, and have never experienced lackluster, dried out, overcooked, disappointing food.) I ordered a to-go/curbside order and arrived at 6:19pm to pick it up. The email confirmation said it was estimated to be ready at 6:22pm, so it’s not like I took too long to arrive to pick up my food. The restaurant was out of orange juice for my daughter’s kid meal, so we had to get apple juice instead. I specifically requested extra cheese on the Aussie cheese fries and was charged 75 cents extra, but it does not look like even an adequate amount of cheese was placed on there. Plate full of hard bacon bits, and cold, dried out, dehydrated salty fries. Neither the plate nor the fries were lukewarm, they were cool to touch. The bread/rusk piece was separated from the soup and hard as a brick. The soup was too salty. The kids grilled cheese looked smashed together, not cooked, cheese not melted; the grilled cheese was not even sliced for my 5 year old. I requested utensils, NONE were included in the bag at all, not even a spoon for the soup. There was also no butter for the bread. There are entirely too many restaurants in that very same parking lot to serve such extremely poor quality and poorly prepared food. There is a Longhorn Steakhouse right there in the very same parking lot, along with Zaxby’s, an Italian restaurant, several Mexican restaurants and sushi eateries, not to mention Applebees and O’Charleys across the street. Evidently, this Outback location does not want customers at all. I should have taken my food back to the restaurant for a full refund, but it was a frustrating inconvenience.

I travel quite a bit with the fishing industry so going out to eat is dreadful on my part especially with big chain restaurants. Seems like they’re all the same but this location blew me away. From the moment we walked in, to the service and food. Their customer service was out of this world first and foremost, our server put our order In right away on a little hand held so there was no room for error. It was quite busy so I was expecting to wait a while and the food would be sitting under heat lamps you guys know the drill. Well surprisingly I had just enough time to eat the bread and a couple of pieces of my bloomin onion and bam here comes our food. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. I deal with a lot of seafood being in my industry and I was beyond impressed. They weren’t rubbery they were perfect. It’s hard to get shrimp cooked perfectly without under or over cooking them. They were spot on. The loaded baked potato was picture perfect and the steak I ordered medium was grilled to perfection. I order my steak medium so it’s pink and juicy. This steak was so tender it literally melted in my mouth. I could sit here and tell you all day how impressed I was with Outback in Canton Ga. Our server D. Alexander was the absolute best. He won’t let your cup get below full literally. And huge shoutout to Emma the Manager she was awesome. She came by to see how we were doing and I bragged as much as I could to her. Super sweet person. Best person for the job I’m my opinion. I think all of the them deserve a raise for sure. They all went above and be on my expectations. So thank you all for the hospitality, great food, and friendship. I will be back next year same time when I come to Canton. ?Parking: Tons of parking. You’re good.

Came for lunch. Horribly overpriced salad with brown lettuce. Go to Longhorn next door. Better service and food. Oh, and “owner” spare me the company-line apology like the others. It’s stupid.

Food was awful we sent back the blooming onion because it was burnt. JJ our server he politely brought us another one and unfortunately despite his excellent service this one was also burned. I ordered the steak and shrimp. My steak was so awful it was like chewing on a rubber tire. I ordered the overloaded brussel sprouts and we couldn't even cut them with the knife they were so hard. Our server was great but the food I'll never go back for or recommend. For $105.00 I expected more than nice service.

My husband came in here last night because I wanted steak and I didn't feel like cooking. This was our first time here to this location. I saw some negative reviews lately, but decided to give it a go.It was pretty empty surprisingly. That was great for us.We were sat immediately around 530.We had our drinks and bread in minutes, ordered out meals and food came out quicklyOur steaks were cooked exactly how we like them, they tasted delicious and we were extremely happy with our waitress Brooke.We can't wait to come back.

DJ was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Literally the best server I’ve ever had! He was very attentive, made sure everything was prepared to our liking, and checked on us just enough that it wasn’t too frequent, but not too infrequent either.Food was cooked perfectly and served hot.Great atmosphere!Highly recommend but definitely ask for DJ for top notch service!!!
