Been to this location a few times and staff is not friendly. French onion soup was not hot and they just sprinkled some shredded Swiss cheese in it without melting it. I thought another visit would be better but won’t be returning again. Too many other amazing restaurants in downtown Canton.

We had a great experience at the Canton location. The manager Michael and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Micheal helped me through a gift card situation. We will be back soon.

This is about the worse food ever at any Panera I've visited. The French onion soup was palatable but the chipotle avacado chicken was not fresh, tasted old and was dry. Over all disgusting. To top it off I could see employees eating food and using their cell phones.Don't think I'll be back here unless I see some 5 reviews soon

Eating the bread here is like chewing on a piece of leather. Their idea of warming it or toasting it is to stick it in a convection oven or microwave both of which makes the bread even tougher.Attitudes of the employees if you complain about it is terrible and they reply"We are just following the recipe."

Food is good, but pretty pricey. If you order something to-go you need to check the bag because 4/5 times I go there they miss

Do not eat here. On November 15th, 2023 at approximately 1520 hours, I ordered my 8 month old pregnant wife a green goddess salad with no chicken or bacon as she is a pescatarian. First salad had bacon on it so I walked over to the expediting window and apologized as I used the kiosk to place the order and maybe didn't put the special instruction in correctly. 2nd came out and I brought to to my wife. Had globs of long hair and pubic hair. Returned it and sprinkled the hair over the salad and showed the person in the back. I advised I did not want anything more. Panera, this is the worst cardinal sin you can do to a chef and guest. It is the proverbial kiss of death. I was a firm believer in your brand, but one bad experience equates to me telling 10 friends who tell 10 of there friends and so on.

Food is good, but not worth what they charge. Soup portions especially are super small. They make up for it by throwing a slab of bread (unwrapped) in the bag. Ya want soup, ya get a hunk of bread!I'm not keen on going back any time soon. It's just not worth it.The drive through attendant was less than thrilled to be there...it showed.

I placed my order online, which was simple to do. The location is in the quaint and charming downtown historic district of the City of Canton. I ordered a baker's dozen bagels, vanilla cinnamon roll and a french baquette. My order was ready, fresh and tasty.Pricing was affordable and in this economy that's important. My big complaint was that they mixed all of my bagels in one box, so my chocolate chip and seasame bagels tasted like everything bagels. I also felt the wait on the drive through lane was long and that they should come up with an alternate express pick up option for online orders.

Well, I decided to try at lunch. I left work 10 minutes early, arrived at Panera here in Canton , Ga @ 1:00 pm. I stood in line 15 minutes, and the line was still out the door and wrapped inside on a Wednesday. There was ONE cashier up front, and that was it! I felt sorry for her. I had an hour for lunch, but would’ve never made it in time, just to order my food , then wait on food with everyone before me. Panera needs to hire more ppl her at this location. Maybe some incentives? You just lost a previous happy customer . I can get food a whole lot quicker anywhere else around here for lunch.
