Order date was 6/25/22 Called my order in spoke with Austin who was Amazing super friendly, kind and courteous. Took time to go over menu and pricing to help me make the best decision for my budget. When I mentioned why I was being so specific (one pie was for my 87 yr old father) he actually threw in a extra perk for such a special guest food was ready when picked up and what we came up with was actually pretty good. I'll return for the customer service alone.

I placed an online order, and when I submitted it, the website indicated that it could not be processed. Consequently, I went through the ordering process once again and successfully placed the order for the second time. Upon reaching the store, I was asked whether I had placed two orders or just one. Sherri, one of the managers at this location went above and beyond! I called in an order then had to cancel it a few min. later and it was not made clear and they ended up making my pizza anyway. After being notified later that it was still there and ready for me I talked with Sherri and let her know I called and canceled the order. Long story short I let her know the next time I ordered I would make sure the pizza that was made for me was paid for aswell. She had none of that...read full review
