First associates were complaing to each other about a missing superviser, then I qas told there were no wings. It was insisted that I pick a sauce for my tender only to get no sauce for my wings or shrimp.

Took almost 35 minutes for my food, had to WALK in to get my food that they FORGOT to even make! I watched 5 cars go through drive thru and be served before I was! My order was made in front of me after I had to walk in. To top ot off, said they have no sauces except for 2 kinds, and no cheese for a sandwich.. this is UNACCEPTABLE in any restaraunt or business. To the owner, PLEASE take your time to watch your store and make sure employees and managers are doing things correctly and in a timely fashion! Make this right!

First time in Popeyes and last. Got there and went through the drive through. I said hello. No response from them I waited 5 minutes and they finally came to say hey just wait for a moment. Waited around 10 min more just to place my order. When I finally did they told me it would take around 10 min. 25 min later finally they gave me the food. Waited for over 40 minutes for uncooked chicken!!! Disgusting.

GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION!!! Chicken bones In sandwich, undercooked chicken. Horrible atmosphere and very depressed/low motivated employees. Seriously. They have absolutely no clue what tf they are doing I swear ! Has to be the worse location of all!!! If you DIE FROM EATING THIS FOOD “I TOLD YOU SO” & they will probably take this review down but whatever!! It’s serious!!! STAFF ARE HIGH AS HELL IF NOT SMOKING CRACK !!

Management did what I thought was a revamp for the better, some time ago... At least the old staff was POLITE!! Customer service has been trash for me. Call over the phone...loud talking and cursing in the background...you get hung up on with no proper "goodbye". They close the drive thru when they want to. DRIVE THRU IS AN OPTION when ordering on the app, which is ALREADY PAID FOR. All they had to do was hand me my order through the window, but instead I had to go inside. I go inside and the girl WEARING the drive thru headphones. I definitely would've left had I not already paid, because when ordering on the app Popeye's don't be wanting to give refunds. Instead they want to give credit to Popeye's. They serve hot and fresh chicken with COLD FRIES! I still have to call first (as I did under old management) to make sure they have what I want, because they're always out of food.I hate this is my closest location, but I did read someone said Jasper has one. It's in a great area and to see it at a 2. ANYTHING stars on Google reviews is disheartening. It doesn't matter how good the food is (WHEN FRESH!)...spending my money with bad service is not an option.BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING, BECAUSE SOMETHING IS BOUND TO BE MISSING....including napkins!

This restaurant staff needs proper training. They never process online orders until after you arrive to pick them up and then you have to wait 30 minutes for your meal. They are ALWAYS out of mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese. I have had more incorrect orders than correct orders. The food is good, but the service makes people not want to come back. The Jasper store is not much better.

Call the Health Inspector Please So this Popeyes is Shut Down ! We ate there this week and the Chicken was reheated not fresh, biscuits had green mold, dirty rice was sour, and the Mac & Cheese was cold and nasty. We didn't realize it until we had gotten home approx. 20 min away. If you value your health and wellbeing, stay away from this place. I travel and have eaten at many different Popeyes but this one was the worst, hands down . This experience made me want to stop eating it all together .

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an online order 3 hours before they closed. They claimed they didn't have wings OR chicken sandwiches. They then continue to charge me for my entire order, despite completing ANY of my order.

FunkyChicken LLC is an absolute joke. ALL OF THEIR STORES have failed, and bring in next to zero profit.Jasper has failed. Blue Ridge has failed. Canton has failed.Ellijay will fail soon. Your choices in ghetto GM's is your downfall. You choose: Liars, Murderers, Verbally Abusive people, pay them a lot of money. And then wonder WHY your company is failing. Time to sell your company to someone who can actually run the popeyes. PurpleSquare Management is just soaking up the $$$ and doesnt care about FunkyChickenLLC.

This spot is a hit or miss. Today I hit it at the right time I guess. Came through around 2pm, ordered chicken tender combo with fries, Mac n cheese, and Oreo cheesecake for dessert. I stopped coming for awhile bc the service was terrible, food was cold, wait times, items unavailable, etc. The gentleman who took my order today was friendly, efficient and my food was HOT and crispy, store was clean. Very good!

I recently had an exceptional experience at Popeyes, and I want to commend Albert, the manager, for his outstanding service. Albert's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as he ensured our orders were perfect and promptly handled any concerns (of which there were none). The team's efficiency under his leadership was remarkable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The delicious, crispy chicken, coupled with Albert's exceptional management, made my visit truly enjoyable. Kudos to Albert and the entire Popeyes team for delivering a top-notch dining experience!

I went to Popeyes around 10:30 Am this morning. I ordered a 16 piece family meal and I can say that the Manager Frank showed outstanding customer service. The food came out in a good amount of time and the chicken was fresh. I definitely will recommend this Popeyes.
