The woman who was working the night I ordered was pleasant but she said she couldn't do anything to fix my order. "Sorry we are short staffed" (don't take online orders then) I ordered on Uber Eats and they didn't help either. 8 wings became six small cold wings. (no drummies) because they were running low. Missed my order of rings and extra celery and my fries were dipping wet with grease and undercooked. Wasted $24 on six wings and inedible fries.

I enjoy pizza as do a lot of individuals. They make a good, quality pizza. It is just hard for me to recommend to others due to the lack of operational behaviors. Inaccurate orders & lengthy wait times will ultimately halt development of a loyal following. My wish is that they learn from and correct their service failures, so that people of the community can enjoy their products consistently.

Ordered from "The Big Melt" on UberEats which is really just Pranzarelli's (apparently). I ordered a classic melt and instead received a grilled cheese with what looked like six sixes of cold cheese between some poorly toasted bread. The onion rings I received were so dark you could tell that they were cooked in fryer with weeks old oil. The only redeeming quality was the Mac and cheese bites which were pretty decent. But for $40 after delivery this was a huge letdown as I threw away everything but the bites.

We order 2 pizzas and they were pretty good but definitely not worth the price. Do not go by the pictures because you will be disappointed. We also ordered an order of 10 wings. They were VERY disappointing, they were so small, the wings are better at Domino’s which is not saying much. I think it was way overpriced for the quality of the food that you get.

Who would expect to pick up your pizza inside a Texaco gas station?? The combination pizza is not and will not be worthy of another chance. It made me sick the following morning, and I believe it was a case of food poising to say the least. In fact this place will not get another dime of my business ever again.

Warning to all customers. I was there to pick up an order and 2 employees were not wearing gloves or masks. I saw 2 of them handle frozen food by hand then cooked food without washing their hands. Avoid if you value health and safety.
