I go to J. Michael's at least once a month, they treat me like family. The prices are a little high but the great food is worth the price. The food has always been very good. I often take a family member as a guest.

The fish was good but that wasn't what I wanted to order.I wanted the steak, black and blue, the waiter didn't know what that was. I then asked for it to be cooked extremely rare. He said they didn't do that. I should have asked for a manger but it just wasn't worth the hassle. The fish was good but I'd go elsewhere for steak, especially if you or sometime in your party likes it very rare or black and blue.

Went Saturday for brunch on recommendation of a client. Ordered a Aperol Spritz, deviled eggs, sausage and gravy biscuits, James Beard pancakes and single order of French toast. Spritz was spot on, my wife said best she’s had here in the US and the sausage and gravy biscuits were excellent. They fell short with the order of pancakes bringing only one on the plate while the order is 3. When the other two were delivered they were cool. Second place they fell short was with the side item French toast. I was looking forward to this, based on the menu description but it did not deliver. The inside was under cooked, making it quite underwhelming. We have plenty of friends who like JMichael Prime as well as their sister restaurant and we will continue to visit, unfortunately brunch did not shine Saturday morning.

Had the Ribeye with French onion soup and truffle fries, and she had the center cut filet with mashed potatoes. Everything was FANTASTIC. Service was good (slow on refills for drinks/water but they were attentive otherwise) and the food took a good while to make it out from the time we ordered (almost 45 minutes). Pretty confident that was an anomaly, though and it was packed to capacity even at our later reservation (8pm). Definitely looking forward to going back, hands down the best steak in the area. If you can, I highly recommend trying it yourself. Three tips: 1. 100% make a reservation on OpenTable, they had our table ready and there was zero wait so they take reservations seriously vs just bumping you to the front of the queue like most places. 2. Bring a few bucks cash to tip the valet, as parking is valet only. 3. Get there early if you want the Prime Rib.

As always J. Michael's goes above and beyond. This is probably my 30th dining experience with them and that's on the conservative side. The family owned feeling exudes from every detail. Jan, Sarah and Stephanie are my absolute favs in the bar. Frank is AMAZING, a true hospitality gem. The food is always fantastic, for the area it's a notch above the rest. I've been to steakhouses in NYC, Las Vegas, Atl, and Chicago and this is one of the best quality and service wise that there is.

This was our first time to JMichaels and it was outstanding! We will definitely be back. Our server Carly was fabulous as was all our meals. Even though we were at a steak house I got the halibut and loved it. My husband got the Prime NY strip and it was cooked to perfection.

We spent our anniversary dinner there because J Michael's Prime is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is always great and everyone who works there is so nice and go out of their way to make sure everything is as perfect as can be. You can't go wrong with spending an evening here. It's wonderful!!

The people at J. Michael's Prime are superb at their jobs. From the Valet guys to the host and the wait staff. The food is nothing less than outstanding. The ambiance is so nice and relaxing. It's a very nice restaurant that makes everyone feel important. My partner is in a wheelchair and everyone helped with anything he needed. We will definitely go again. Robert was our server and his attentiveness was excellent!

We started with apps in the bar. Mussels and French onion soup were excellent. Then we moved into the main dining room and ordered the Tomahawk special. Steak was so unbelievably fatty, we could hardly eat it. Bone marrow was over seasoned and Brussels sprouts had too much goat cheese. Lobster mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal. Service was great but as I told my husband, I felt that the flavoring of the meal was like a fancy A1 sauce - hides the flavor of a subpar meat with an oily coat
