I have had better and the fries were cold. The tenders were hot, which made me wonder why did I get cold fries, here's why. the fries had been sitting out, cooked, then as the tenders were cooking, the cook didn't have the motivation to cook more fries, the mentality is "I'll just give them these instead of cooking more"...so tht's what I got. Not going back and Shane would be disappointed I know. Hey Cook....take 5 minutes and cook fresh hot fries....sad

Absolutely unsatisfactory. Maybe it's just this location because I've had decent meals from other locations over the years. Half the order was missing. The order notes were completely ignored. They left key ingredients out like boneless wings that I ordered extra wet with two sauces were dry and completely sauceless. Chicken tenders were small and very tough. Mac and cheese was watery and flavorless. Undercooked soggy fries. The whole $45 order was a waste. Never never never again.

Best meal we've had in a very long time.Chicken tenders were perfectly cooked and delicious.My sides,potato salad and slaw were delicious.Friendly service and clean restaurant with excellent sweet tea.We will definitely be back soon.
I am trying Shane's for the first time and so ordered the Big Daddy pulled pork sandwich on Texas toast. My sandwich delivered with the sauce on the side hot from the kitchen. It smells amazing I can't wait to chomp down on this treat. First impressions eating just the pulled pork with no sauce, it's delicious. A sweet vinegar based meat cooked perfectly. Great job with this delicious sandwich. I certainly enjoyed it without and with your signature bbq sauce. The restaurant it self is a southern version of a bbq eatery with wooden booths and table sets throughout. Upon entry you walk towards the all brick register area. You are immediately greeted by the wonderful staff eager to take your order. They even have delivery options with Grubhub, UberEats, & maybe DoorDash.

Food tasted so bad, we didn't finish it and I immediately went home to brush my teeth.I used to like the chopped chicken from here, and coleslaw but it was not edible today. My Coleslaw tastwd horrible. No flavor what so ever. I took one bite and said nope. On to the sweet potato fries. These were so overly cooked and crispy, it was hard to eat, so I left those. The chicken was not very good either. I had a few bites with toast and left it. My husband wasn't impressed and neither were our daughters. We gave it a try and will pass on getting this again. The soda was good though.

I have been coming to this Shane’s since 2018. The food is, for the most part, always consistent. I feel like the atmosphere is good in that the staff is always friendly and the tables, counters, trash bin are clean.
Got there at 1240 food came out at 1253 food sat on table they show the food to 3 different people it was not there's at 120 they said are you wanting on Katie I said yes he said here is your order the one that had been touched by 3 different

The food in this place sucks. The ribs were fatty, the bake beans were cold. This is my last time eating at any Shane’s rib shack. The best part of the meal was the soda.

The ribs were the only thing that was good. The service was quick. The ambiance was just off cause there were barely any customers which felt like something was wrong. I ignored it at first, but 12 hours later, I regret it. I got minor food poisoning. My stomach hurts and I feel nauseous. I suspect it was something with either the fries or the toast because once I got into those, it wasn't long before my stomach didn't feel right. The taste of the fries were very bland and something about them made me feel like UGH. Not coming back ever again. Made me learn if there is no one to barely anyone eating at a restaurant during busy hour, go to another place
