I walked in the store to try to order a shake, I am in a very strict diet so I just wanted a shake with a whole banana and a scoop of protein and almond milk . When ordered she refuse she said it was not on the menu and that she said it was really busy with just 2 cars in the drive thru and one other customer inside.. she was very rude no customer service at all she should look for a another job.. so i just walk away . She wanted too argue more with me,wow !!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I'm here now, and the service is ridiculous. I asked for a refund, and I was told that I would have to go online and ask for a refund!! I said thank you, and was TOTALLY IGNORED!! I will NEVER do business with this smoothie king ever again!!!

Went to the drive thru to pick up an order because the lobby is ALWAYS closed. Got to the intercom and said my name and picking up an online order. 1 car in front of me took 15 mins. Finally got to the drive thru window after waiting 15 minutes and now they tell me they can't make it because they are out of the ingredients.
