Walked in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without a greeting, granted no one else was in the store, and dealt with terrible customer service from a barista who made the drink. The barista got upset because I asked light ice on a cold brew that was a venti with 80% of ice cubes. Told her thanks each interaction with her saying “you’re welcome”. Also, please update the store hours as the physical sign and Google is incorrect. I went back to have my drink re made only for them to turn me away at 9:27PM, not to mention the workers made eye contact with me before both going to the back, then one coming back out to tell me they are closed, the store hours are wrong, and for me to come back tomorrow. Hire more cognizant and pleasant workers that understand they are in a customer environment. I will never come back to this location even if it was the last Starbucks standing.

Two times I have dealt with Audrey at this location. Both times she has been very unfriendly and lacks customer service skills. Normally most Starbucks are very eager to help their customers, no matter what.

Ordered tea with an online order and it took 30 minutes for them to put teabags in hot water. I asked twice about my ordered and was greeted with a snarky remark about how busy they are even though we had been there for 30 minutes waiting and about 40 people had already gotten their orders in store.

Starbucks is a treat during the holidays. Staff are so nice and courteous. Egg bites are great. Also love Peppermint coffee and gingerbread.

On Black Friday I waited in the drive thru line for about 35 min in which I knew it would be busy so that wasn’t the issue. I ordered a strawberry refresher, grilled cheese and a cheese danish. After eating all of my items and drinking my refresher a few hours later I got very sick!! Nauseous, fever and I felt very weak! Not sure if the proper cleaning procedures were happening being it was so busy but my health was jeopardized by it and it has not been fun the last few days as it had lasted 3 days!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I lived in Seattle, home of Starbucks and have also lived and traveled all over the U.S. So, it literally is the worst experience I have had. I actually have never had a bad experience with Starbucks, until now.I went inside to pick up my mobile order and was treated horribly. Then my grande drink was not even filled up. I didn’t say anything because of the way I was treated and wanted to leave. I will never go to that location again.

I placed a mobile order and when i received it my drink didn’t taste right, i went around the drive thru to ask if they could remake it and the barista was rude and annoyed by this, not to mention when i received my drink the first time she was rude as well. When i got my drink again it tasted worse so i went inside and politely let them know i wasn’t happy with my order. She proceeded to roll her eyes and act rude when i just wanted my drink to be made correctly. The entire time making my drink she’s giving dirty looks, rolling her eyes, and smirking at her other coworkers. No one enjoys having to ask for something to be remade and definitely not by someone who makes you feel bad for wanting what you pay for.

there was a red headed barista helping me and she asked me if we were here for a mobile order and I responded very politely yes and she proceeded to get an attitude and rudely ask me what the name was like I answered the first question wrong. She did not have a name tag, but she was working around 6:30 on Wednesday the 6th. I always have an amazing experience here so to walk in and get immediate attitude is upsetting.

No one at this Starbucks location knows how to make sweet cream cold foam, I tried five different times so it’s not a once off thing, it’s like they literally make really sweet milk and pour it on top of your drink? even that wouldn’t be a deal breaker, but add unhappy robotic employees I would rather drive 30 mins out of my way to a different SB.

There's two Starbucks close in this Canton area....out of the two stores..this particular Starbucks has more seating both inside & outside! The staff is always cheerful & ready to please! The big selling point is that their hours are much longer than the one in the Riverstone area...which is comforting for those who work & need a coffee to unwind with & relax...
