My fiance and I are new to the area and this is the closest Subway to our home. On our first trip, we received two "toasted" subs that were freezing cold - meat was cold, bacon was rubbery, cheese wasn't anywhere close to warm, let alone melted. My fiancé and I are new to the area and this is the closest subway to our new home. We have tried this location on two occasions. On the first, we were given "toasted" subs that were ice cold. We watched the employee put them in the toaster, but you would never know if you hadn't. The sandwiches were both ice cold (rubbery bacon, cheese not even close to melted, soft bread). Never enough staff. Multiple Wrong orders. This subway is going to shut down soon if the owners don't recognize their employees need at least 2 people working. Ridiculous how slow. Purposely trying to get customers to not return. They hate their jobs...need new management.
