I walked in and instantly a precious little girl popped her head from around the corner. Me and my three kids felt welcomed. She was ready to help and even helped my child pick out a doughnut! My son decided to get the kit kat doughnut and he loved it. Great service will be coming back!

The girl at the front (sadly didn’t get name )was absolutely such a sweetheart and helped me have the best service from explaining the donut flavors to even offering to make more coffee for me because it’s cold and wet out and I was craving something warm. She’s made this trip for donuts so much better 10/10

I went there with my children to redeem a coupon, and we were excited to go there, and we thought it would be happy and colorful and clean. NO. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The floor was so dirty, the display looked so sad, the tables were ?, and it was the WORST service I've EVER seen. I told the lady it was our first time there, and she gave me like an I-don't-care look. When we went to wash our hands, there is a window where you can see the workers. SHE WAS ON HER PHONE WATCHING TIK TOK!!! And when we left, I said, "Thank you!" Did she respond? Of course not. Did she ignore me? Absolutely. Yes, the boxes and stuff are cute and all, but the service is horrendous. Never coming back.???.

My kids and I LOVE this place. We all have fun picking and trying different flavors of donuts. Its always different each time we go.Parking: Theres usually always an avaliable parking spot. Never had to wait for parking or even park on the street.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly place

I took my 5yo to “Giggle” Monster to get a donut and at the very least we were hoping for a friendly smile or outgoing service. We got neither. The girl never cracked and smile and honestly her attitude for the entire experience was almost morbid. Sadly, this is NOT the first time. I thought maybe they’d found a better suited employee for the job. No one wants a donut from a depressed employee. I do hope the owners read these and decide to improve the situation. I sadly may never go there again.

They have the best Donuts and they're so delicious and handmade. I went into the store, and my card kept getting declined and a young girl was working there and she was the sweetest thing and dhe was very patient. she was blonde with braids in her hair! The place overall Is a great place and a great atmosphere. 10 out of 10 recommend !

I found this place on my daughter's birthday...I decided it was time to introduce her to better quality donuts. I was not disappointed! Cute donut shop, donuts made fresh daily, many different kinds of uniquely topped/flavored donuts. Connor was really helpful and asked me questions about what I liked- he made great suggestions! They only have 1 type of gluten free donut but it was very good fun place to take kids for a creative treat.
This is the best and yummiest donut shop we've ever been to! They always have freshly baked delicious donuts, friendlies vibe and kindest people. Our personal favorite is bacon donut, because what could be better than donuts and bacon?!

Just moved to Canton and received a free 1/2 dozen coupon in the mail. I went and got 2 apple fritters, 2 cinnamon pine cones, an old fashion and a blueberry cake. All donuts were fresh and delicious! I recommend this place and the service was quick and great! I will be coming back.
