Watched the employee put straight sink water in my order of two Sunrise Sunset smoothies. It’s supposed to be orange juice, not water. If they would’ve said they were out, I would have ordered my girlfriend and I something else. Maybe they weren’t out and she just needs a recipe list nearby. The smoothies weren’t good today. Hope this helps.

We walked in to order a smoothie and something to eat. Right off, all 3 employees were in the back. Finally, was welcomed as they came to the front of the store. Which one of them that came out last was picking at her nose ring, which changed my mind about ordering food. I was asking nutritional information as a first time customer and was told they didn't know. The smoothie was great, with better service I'd love to go back and try the food and get another smoothie.

I’ve been to the Canton,Ga. location twice with my family and I won’t go again. Both times the store was very dirty, the trashcan was overflowing, trash was on the tables, the employees offered very little attention or customer service, and they were out of three of the things we wanted to order. Attention owner: Your employees are NOT doing their jobs! Instead of cleaning, they were standing around talking the whole time while customers were literally having to leave their trash on the floor because the trash can was so full.I mean, your smoothies taste great, but the trash and service was so off putting that we’ll definitely be getting our smoothies somewhere else.

Went through the drive through a little while ago. No one else in line. I ordered and pulled up to the window thinking it would only be a few moments but sat there for about 10 minutes watching multiple people inside stand in line order AND GET THEIR SMOOTHIES before anyone ever even acknowledged we were sitting at the window. Then I they walked by and saw us and acted very surprised that we were sitting there and looked at the computer and realized our smoothie was never made. So after 15 minutes of waiting we finally got our smoothie and left. I suggest not using the drive through if you go here. They will forget you're there and you'll just sit and wait.

Love the smoothies and food, but workers need to be a bit more attentive. I placed an order and wait was 20min, when I got there, no one else was there and only the smoothie was out. I waited an extra 15 minutes for the food and the workers didn’t even realize I was waiting nor were they making it. And there were 3 of them. A little sad and unfortunate experience

I have been here MANY times and it’s been great especially the customer service! Idk if there is a new worker there but holy cow I went in today and she was EXTREMELY rude. My smoothie was messed up so I nicely asked for it to be remade and she proceeded to say that she made it correctly instead of just fixing it and just made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not invited whatsoever! Not sure what her name was, but she wore low tide shorts and a crop top and had short kind of shaggy hair

went on 05/06/2023 late in the afternoon and there were 2 girls working, they served a person before me that had a disability and once he left they spent 10 minutes making fun of him after he left in front of all the customers
Went to this location on 5/6/23 and the 2 girls behind the counter served a man with a disability before me and spent many minutes afterwards making loud jokes about this man infront of many customers

Smoothie was good. However, I came in at about 8:20/8:30 and I was told the ovens close early, that they were cleaning it? Not trying to be too brutal on the rating but aren’t hours until 9pm? Another 2 people came in after me, asking the same thing about food, got the news and left. I would understand if we came in at like 8:55, but 8:30? Should change hours to “sorta open until 9”.

I tried all smoothies on the menu. New customer, only about a Month ordering. When I get smoothie in the morning, it is always done right. However, if I order it in the late afternoon/evening or on a weekend, they are not done right and taste very icy, not able to get it through the straw and seem to be done in rush.I will continue coming in as I like them, but will eliminate afternoon, evening and weekend orders

Over the last couple of weeks, I have been on a mission to try most of the smoothies, instead of my usual Island Green. All of the smoothies have been amazing! The staff is always friendly and pleasant!! My only major concern I have is for management to stress the importance of staff cleansing hands, especially after touching their hair. Almost every single visit, the young ladies are fixing their hair or tying it back prior to fixing my smoothie. This is totally unsanitary! No one should be touching their hair in an area where food and drinks are being prepared. I’m giving 5-stars simply because the staff are always pleasant along with food and smoothies. The sanitary concerns are a teachable moment for the young staff.

I am normally a fan but they just aren't consistent. Most problems have come from ordering for delivery bs in shop. Not sure why that makes a difference. In a hurry? Smoothies are either too watery or too sweet. Sandwich was so saucy it was inedible. However, it's always good when ordering in store.
Literally the best. Just the best. Doesn’t get any bestest than this best smoothie place.
