This is the slowest Zaxby’s around. They have you pull up in the drive through, and you have to wait for 15 minutes before getting your food. And of course we didn’t get part of our meal.

6:45 pm wed. April 3rd 2024 went through drive Thru ordered a 5 piece w/ extra fries & got 4 fingers.$22 for 2 people & zaxbs can't afford employees that can count to 5.they need better leadership desperately!

I truly never write reviews but I’ve been disappointed in this particular zaxbys for a while and today wasn’t any better. the service here is absolutely terrible granted it’s not the actual people it’s the fact there is only 2-3 people there.. second every single time my family and I come here something is always wrong. for instance today I went by around 1:45 to grab lunch I got a house salad, asked for extra chicken to be added and got charged for it- there was less chicken in there than if it was normal portion. Further more the ranch to go along with my salad wasn’t put into the bag. They gave me my drink with a broke lid and it spilt all over my hand/car. I would not recommend this particular zaxbys it’s just better to go to the one off sixes or exit 19

Bad location, I'm not sure why they told me to pull up and wait even though nobody was even behind me and my food got to me literally 30 seconds later, I could've waited at the window, not to mention the lady who brought me my food hesitated to give me my food maybe because she thought I wasn't the right person which makes no sense cause who else would I be if you just told me to pull up? Not going back to this location.

Ordered several meals including a house salad, but was charged for and given a cobb salad. No big deal, but later found a hair in the salad. Called the store to get a refund, and spoke with Seth who said he was the manager. He did refund the money, but won’t be back because if you find a hair in your food once it’s obvious there isn’t a big emphasis on hygiene overall.

Got my order tonight (I’m a single mom) and they didn’t include the kids sauces (which they charge extra for by the way) we ordered 6$ in cookies that didn’t make it into the bag after we waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru for food. And now I’m back home my kids won’t eat it and I don’t have any way to go back and get it corrected. Not to mention I’ve called 3 times and can’t get through.
