I would have given 5 stars but my order was not correct. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal and got a regular chicken sandwich and about 5 fries. Yes the sandwich was good but it was not what I ordered. Yes it is my fault for not telling the staff that my order was wrong but they were busy and I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes to get my food.

They closed 20 minutes early and to .ake it worse I got stuck in the drive thru without getting service behind someone who was waiting on food. What a stupid design and service. Everything is closed now.

Come here on occasion, probably every few weeks because the location is very close to where I live, and there is always a problem with my experience. The food is usually very good except for the fries. They are always soggy and not enough seasoning, guess i’ll have to start asking for crispy fries every time now. I always, ALWAYS, ask for lite ice in my drinks, they never provide. I always end up paying like $4 for a drink full to the brim with ice and such little drink. The sweet tea is always good but never get enough. They used to take a very long time in the drive thru but it has seemed to get a little better lately. I do end up missing something in my order a lot, but that is also getting better lately. The service is usually pretty well done, the employees working there are always very nice every time I’ve went. These are all small issues however it’s disappointing that a small issue happens every single time I go there.

Ordered a Cobb salad with fried chicken on it. I get 15 min down the road to eat it and there’s no chicken at all on it, and the lettuce is wilted with dark spots. Do not recommend.

I ordered the wings and things, noticed the box felt much lighter than normal. Everything was there however, the wings looked like they literally shrunk, very tiny, and my fries were way less than what normally comes with this order as I had it plenty of times before. If you're going to cut back on servings and shrink the wings, you need to cut back on your prices as well.

I came through the drive thru. I just wanted fries. A LARGE fry. The guy said $3.31. That sounded too low to me and I questioned what size container. He showed me the square. I explained it was the next size up and asked if it's called something else. He had to ask somebody else. I was distracted on a phone call. That's my bad. He came back to the window. I gave my card. I got my card, receipt and food. I get home and those fries in the square were dumped into the large container. I was still charged only $3.31. Wow! That tells me your people don't care if Zaxbys makes any money. Too lazy to make more fries, push a couple more buttons on the POS. They're just there to hold up the counters and earn their hourly. That was my 3rd Zaxbys that I stopped at in Canton (Marketplace, Hickory Flat and now Riverstone) over the past few weeks. Disappointed to say the least. It will be a long time before I return.

Took forever with my food which is fine but some fat teenage employee yelled at us through the drive through across the parking lot while we were walking back to the car because we were unknowingly there past closing time. I can understand them being mad but they really should’ve told us it was past closing time because when I go to get junk food I usually don’t check the hours for the place my bad on that part but overall the staff sucks from my experience and doesn’t know how to talk to people

The worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and unfriendly. I checked in for my curbside order using the email I received instructing me to check in. The order never came, so I went in. It was sitting there on the counter so I asked why it wasn’t brought out. The cashier said I needed to call the store. I have no issue doing that, but those aren’t the instructions given. So it’s on the customer to figure that out I guess. The cashier acted like I was idiot for not calling. When I mentioned checking in with the email, he didn’t respond, just stared at me. Okay then. Also the Zalad portions are so small!!! The chicken was dry, and of course my food was cold because it was sitting on the counter. I’m glad this is not my regular location. I won’t be back.
