PUBLIC NOTICE - The new shrimp meal offered at Zaxby's íis being fried in the same oil with the fries. Bad news for Seafood allergy people. Someone not knowing about the new shrimp being served could have a Life THREATENING REACTION simply by ordering ANYTHING else that has been fried from Zaxby's. Apparently the big money executives didn't think about that one. Look below for a generic response giving a web address because the fact is they really don't care.

I usually come through the drive through and the food is always fresh! Very sweet people work here and I love it. Just tonight I had the sweetest lady taking my order, I believe her name was Shelby. So kind and patient. Picture was taken less than half way through but still amazing

Employees are great, food is never worth what you pay. I didn’t ask for boneless teryaki parakeet wings but that’s what they’re out here serving. Don’t expect a full sized boneless wing around here ??♀️

This Zaxby’s is really going down hill. Went a few days ago and the chicken tenders were definitely done. A little too done. And the fried pickles, well let’s just say they were definitely hot. So hot in fact they melted the container they were in and started to melt the chicken tender container. Just look at the pictures. This place used to be a go to at least once a month but now I might have to go to a different location. These pickles could have cut someone they were so petrified.

Staff are board and become too busy yapping with each other to hat the order correct. Yea lunch rush is over and nobody in drive thru. But really can't stop the talking to pull from the pass thru to counter, and then didn't add the sauces? Sad, very sad. Food was OK at least the kitchen is on the ball. Not bothering to come back.

If Shelby is not already a manager she should be one ASAP. This young lady is giving and guiding to amazing customer service, running the shift seamlessly and is owning plus some in her position. Shelby you are great and as a customer I can tell your heart is in this business and you show such corporate maturity, you deserve a promotion.

After waiting 10 minutes to order in the drive thru in the pouring rain.(It’s not busy at all) They couldn’t even put the chicken in my sons kids meal after making me pull forward wait an additional 10 minutes after I paid. All I ordered was a chicken finger plate and kids meal. I’m not sure why that’s an almost 30 minute ordeal. Especially when it’s dead.
This particular Zaxby's has great food great service the employees are nice clean-cut very helpful and maybe experience even better the food was awesome I love it I have recommended prominence point Zaxby's to anyone that's in the area anytime lunch or dinner

The Servers or should I say the kids here are so rude. Food old, chicken not covered in sauce and the prices just keeps on rising. Fries cold with a ton of season salt will def give you high blood pressure from the tons of sodium placed on top of the fries, soggy no crunch at all.Also the prices on the board does not match the prices the customers are being charged after asking if I could pay the price that was advertised I was told No and overcharged. & given a attitude from some unsanitary kid at the window with a bunch of piercings.No real management here just a bunch of kids playing in food. A mess!

This has always been our favorite Zaxby’s but not tonite!!! Server was super nice must say, the food was very below standard.They have a young lad making the food obviously doesn’t care which is very sad. I brought my family in who just flew 9 hrs and we thought Zaxby’s would be a great pit stop. I was very sadly mistaken. The fries were cold and obviously sat for a while as the place wasn’t very busy. Chicken was cold obviously sat cooked for a while all was very dry and not edible. I asked for some hot fries which I got but they decided to lace them with salt. FYI did not eat them. This was done on purpose because as we left the talented chef leant over the back counter and laughed. Very professional not. Overall very bad experience and I feel it was the staff they had left in charge because this is not usually the case . Threw $45 dollars down the trash, as the food was trash.
