After the past three times of not having the dressing I want for my salad, even trying a different type of dressing this last time, I decide to order just some wings. After sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes, I was waved forward to wait an additional 10 minutes only to receive some cold, soggy wings.

Not happy at all I order white chadder bite no dip sauce order a 4 chicken fingers plate with teriyaki sauce didn't get on my fingers and no one was even in the restaurant

Messy atmosphere. I ordered a finger plate and hesitantly upsized when asked for more fries and large drink. I received my food and it looked like it was dropped on the floor and half the fries were missing. I took it back to see why I paid extra and got an attitude from the guy in the kitchen. I asked for my money back and took my business elsewhere. I will never visit this store again. Why do employees think they can treat customers rudely and continue to have a place to work.

The last. Couple of times I have been to this zaxbys they forgot something from my order and the lettuce is always pink and brown in the salad. I’m not the pickiest person and today was just unacceptable. My salad not editable and they forgot to include my fries.

The lady named Lexie at the drive thru complained (not to my face) while the drive thru window was opened that I gave her a large bill which was $20 with the total of $14.19. If you don't have any change you should have told me before taking my order so I can use my card so it wouldn't be a problem!! The traditional wings were so dry and not enough sweet and spicy sauce. Also in the picture I posted of my receipt I really don't know what the hell is the order id means but I would not recommend to go this location. WASTE OF MONEY!!
