Update : the manager gave total refund on our meal . Thank you but i still wont be back .The food was gross , the chicken sandwich tasted like the Grease hasn't been changed in a long time , same with nuggets. The fries tasted like they been sitting for a long time . The place is full of flies flying around everywhere. NASTY !!!!

This want thought about many times before but today was the last time i will ever come to this Wendy's!!!! THEY NEED A COMPLETE MAKEUP!!!!The services at the window with attitude got the food wrong and very cold only leaves 5 minutes from there no reason to be cold!! jus a complete mistake in coming here again .

This is the FASTEST service I've ever received from any fast food restaurant in any country (across 10 countries).It was not premade but prepared as I ordered and paid. I used tap-to-pay and the team sat my order on the counter before my receipt had printed.I ordered a spicy chicken combo. The sandwich wasn't thrown together; it was properly made.Both the sandwich and the fries were both hot and fresh. So hot, that even after getting my drink first, I had to let my sandwich and fries cool before I could eat them, which is why I started typing this review immediately (to do something while I waited).GREAT JOB TEAM! I hope management and the owner read this and recognize how well their team is performing. Thank you.

Had to guess what I wanted to order from the drive thru as the menus turned to the lunch menu at 9:20am. I told the employees they blamed the grill workers. They never did go change them

Absolutely The dirtiest environment ever workers leave their shoes on the floor. Drinks are spilled everywhere they never clean tables or floors . The soda machine has not been filled in over two months. Drive-through lights are on. They say it’s closed. The floor is a disgusting mess. The food sucks and everybody here acts like they’re on drugs. This place is pitiful. Place needs to be reported to the health department. You can stand at the register for 10 minutes and nobody will even look at you and when you’re ordering all they want is to be done you have to take your own receipt they won’t even give it to you or say thank youParking: Crappy parking lot hard to get in with anything other than a compact carKid-friendliness: There are children running around in this place, like a jungle gym

Very rude customer service!! Especially the drive through!! If someone doesn’t like their position a as drive through , they would make burgers instead i would think , they talked like they from the hood ?!!

Needed a quick bite. Walked right up to the counter and ordered. The worker and I chatted while the sandwiches were being made. Burgers were hot and the fries had just come out of the basket. The space itself was grimy.

The food was acceptable. Employees seemed very young and immature. Loudly speaking and playing music from the kitchen. Foul language heard in the dining area. Staff seems to have no sense of urgency, wait times were excessive. These are concerns that need to be addressed for this to be a family-friendly dining experience.

I visited this place to get food on my 40 minute break as I’m a truck driver and this is inside a pilot! The door is locked from inside the store but it clearly states till 12::00am ! I go around walk in and it’s full of employees yet they not making food they say we closed!I asked why are y’all closed and it say 12:00 with so many employees on the clock ? Each one whispered we closed finally the manager said we closed I can’t make food till I clean the oven! I said that’s crazy we all are trying to eat? This is ridiculous with so many people on the clock!I left because at that point even though I wasn’t rude I was scared to have to get them to make me anything!I’ve went to a Wendy’s with one man and he was awesome all the way around and he served me ! This is horrible!
