Absolutely terrible. Just spent $103 on sushi and a hibachi meal and it was the most underseasoned, sloppy and disgusting meal I've ever had. Hot things were cold, cold things were hot, the raw fish was questionable, everything seemed old. I ordered 5 different rolls all of which fell apart, had a mushy texture, and tasted the same despite having different ingredients. The hibachi meal was supposed to be medium rare steak, instead it was hacked up chunks of unseasoned well done meat. The vegetables weren't even edible, raw and bland. We threw half of it away because it was so bad and not even worth eating. So disappointing and frustrating that I paid a premium price for a meal that was no better than gas station food. Will never be back and will never recommend to anyone.

Tonight was the last night I will ever spend my money at Kobe. This wasn’t the first time the service and food were terrible but it will be the last for us. When you spend $28.99 for filet and scallops you would expect to have more than 2 baby scallops cut into 1/4. The person checking us out was rude and as always acted as if our business was an inconvenience. I would NOT EVER recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The owners obviously have a problem with not hiring enough people or outright just not caring about their business. I type this while waiting for my food for the past hour. This is absolutely pathetic and the owners should start caring for their costumers or they will lose all business.

Recommended by close friends while visiting and was not disappointed. We were greeted right when we entered, and service was prompt after sitting.Ordered Sushi, sake, steak and chicken hibachi (which came with rice and veggies). Everything was delicious and left feeling like a fat kid at a fair.I can see why my friends recommended this place to us and will definitely pass that along to anyone I know heading through.

We tried Kobe today for the first time. We had take-out, so there's no rating for atmosphere. Our order of sushi was assembled to order, but the components were lackluster, on par with buffet sushi. Service got 4 stars as our order was completed correctly and on time. No further service was needed.

We walked in and walked right back out. Hard NO. We walked into awful sticky floors. I couldn't bare it. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant at the time. That told me alot right there.

Met the owner/chef Joseph, he brought an authentic Japanese Hibachi-style (or Teppanyaki-style) restaurant to Carrollton, GA.Combined with the authentic small-town hospitality of Carrollton, you can’t miss out on this experience!First taste of the vegetables and rice I knew the meal was going to be great. The Filet-mignon was perfectly cooked & seasoned along with the chicken and shrimp. If you’re looking for a big city style Japanese restaurant with a small town feel, this is the place!(Sorry Joseph, had to take off half a star for the restrooms)

We went late close to closing. We were a party of 12, so we were the only ones there. The food and the service were great. We weren't rushed to eat, being that it was basically closing time. Are server was so delightful. They even made sure our drinks stayed topped off and everything. Great food and service. 10/10 I had the hibachi chicken and shrimp with fried rice.
