Haven't had Domino's in about a year or so. Saw a recent special online and decided to order. The Carrollton location was very friendly and quick. I went in and the team did a great job and the pizza was delicious. Thank you and we will be ordering again

I placed an order here twice today, the first time was this evening and then the second time was like around 10 :30ish.They call me saying they can’t deliver to me cause I’m too far, and I ask ‘well are you guys not doing deliveries anymore?’ They say they are but not where I am.I’m six minutes away-Not sure how you can consider a six minute drive far.They then couldn’t get my address correct and called and asked for it this time it was a female.If y’all are lazy just say that and don’t waste people time and hard earned money.I did file a complaint and will hopefully hear back soon.Where I stay it’s not dangerous it’s very peaceful and it’s the fact the delivery driver didn’t even ring my doorbell or knock to let me know he dropped the order off he just ran away like he was being chased or did something wrong.The food was good so I guess y’all can get a hooray for that.

Placed a curbside order because I had my newborn nephew and didn’t want to have to get him out the car. They never brought my order out so I went inside and the guy ask me my name with a horrible attitude and I tell him, I then tell him my order was for curbside pickup and he tells me he’s too busy to bring my order out. I say to him well you guys shouldn’t offer that service if you can’t do it and he starts yelling he’s not in the mood today! I’ll never order from here again because clearly y’all hire associates who doesn’t mind running off customers! Pizza always burnt and the building needs a make-over! Something told me to keep driving but it was on my way home. But never again!

Takes no effort to pick up a phone and let the customer know that you can’t deliver in time….. location has too many issues with delivery. This is the 3rd time “something” has affected my order.
It wasn't the store it was the operator that took my order she that I really couldn't understand her language I thought I was ordering from china are some forene ? ? with no cheese who orders a freaking ? with no cheese

Ordered the 2 or more items for 6.99 each. First they up-charged me for the 2 topping pizza (ham and olives) no other items. Then they finished making the pizza a little over an hour before it even left for delivery. If it is going to take the driver that long to pick it up then why make it that early? Order placed at 2:50, pizza done cooking and quality checked at 3:01. It is now 4:01 and it is still in the quality check phase. This pizza better be so good it gives me a heart attack if the quality is so important that it takes an hour to make sure it cooked correctly.

I ordered a pizza from the Domino's at 821 Bankhead Highway Carrollton Georgia location on 10/16/22 and paid $32 for it(and that's supposed to be 20% off) and they cancelled the order for no reason after it was too late to order from anywhere else. They didn't call me, didn't answer the phone when I called, just left me hanging. I have no idea what's wrong with these people. Please don't waste your money there.

This domino's was another fantastic choice. These domino's are on fire. If only yall had more dine-in options, nicer bathroom that came with baby stations that carried complimentary diaper (like chic-fil-a) as well as listerine (again like chic-fil-a). Focus on the drive through and folks ll"come on over. Let Uber take the deliveries... or just start a domino's delivery app for all other restaurants. I guarantee you could partner with BK for investment assistance. Allow me to broker it.

Last night i ordered pizza and they left it at the wrong door so i called because it seemed like it had been enough time plus on the tracker it said completed i knew something was wrong....called and the lady answered had a bad attitude and was sure the delivery driver left at my door but did not remind u there are 2 apartment comlexs in between me.So she put someone else on the phone..He got everything together...Problem is i wasnt in the wrong i spent 46$ and i just wanted my food and i didnt wont it left at the door i didnt put that in the instructions.Just be careful yall!!!!Keep a check on your orders please.
