I placed an order online at 7:30pm it stated it would be ready by 7:45pm. Here it is 8:15 and my order still isn’t ready. There was no manager on duty. There were 4 workers behind the counter and only 2 were actually doing something instead of standing around talking. Terrible terrible experience.

I have never had anything close to a negative experience at our Carrollton location. The food is always super yummy, and the customer service is fantastic!
I am extremely unsatisfied with my order. I just ordered a large sub combo that I wanted cold it came hot. I also asked for lettuce, tomatoes and onions. It came with none of that. I asked for mayo and it came with mayo and mustard which I did not ask for. I basically paid $20 for a sandwich with just meat and cheese. I also tried to call the store 3 times with no answer.

This is the best place to get a sub. They have so many options and varieties. Even being on a diet, I can eat here and not feel like I've killed my calorie deficit. The food 9s great, and the staff is friendly, and my family and I can always leave full.Kid-friendliness: This is a super kid Friendly restaurant even offering fire hats with kids' meals at times.

This place ypu always need to expect to wait at least 20 minutes for a sandwich. Service is par. Every time my sandwich has something wrong with it. Ordered to go got home and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. No ranch and drenched in mayonnaise it tastes awful. Won’t be back.
