Worst service ever, after having me wait for more than 30 minutes, they are telling me they don’t know if my food is ready or not while all the people of other color came after me and are eating already. I guest being B is a problem to get your food ready at some point now.

Everything was great about my experience at IHOP. They were busy but we only waited about 5 minutes to get a table. The service was speedy and so was food delivery. The wife and I both ordered an omelette and it was fantastic.
We placed an online order for curbside, went through the link that's supposed to let them know we were there, and waited. And waited. After 10 minutes or so I go inside and say I ordered curbside but no one had come out yet, and the hostess goes to the back wall and grabs my food that had been sitting there the whole time. It wasn't busy - there were maybe 4 tables of people.Drinks were wrong, both burgers were plain instead of just one. Only giving it 2 stars because we still ate the food, but I doubt we'll be coming back here again.
Worst IHOP ever! Poor management, poor customer service, food quality also POOR. Sadly it's getting worse n worse and management does nothing about it when you have unsatisfactory service or

It seems that they don't like Hispanics, they left us waiting at the door without giving us a table or attention, it's humiliating, the food is good. But the service is terrible, only 2 waitresses are friendly and attentive and I haven't even seen them in that place anymore.

Went to the Ihop in Carrollton for breakfast on Feb 08, 2024. My breakfast was cold and the bacon was not crispy. The crepes were terrible. I was charged $3.49 for 1 and 1/2 cups of coffee. I paid over $31 for a cold breakfast not to include the tip. I will chose another restaurant for breakfast in the future. I do not recommend this restaurant, it is over priced and food was terrible. My food did not look like the picture on the menu.

No one was friendly there except the homeless man sitting across the aisle. We had a nice conversation with him while we waited a REALLY long time for our food even though the place was not very busy. The menu has changed for the worse with everything over complicated and over-caloric. We will not be back.
