This place seems like it get worse and worse when I come in here. The service is usually very terrible. You walk in and there is nobody in line and everybody looks at you but will not even acknowledge that you're standing there. See several people just standing around not even doing anything but laughing and cutting up or on their phone. Food is usually decent but the service 9 times out 10 is horrible.

I had the double bacon cheese burger, fries, and Diet Coke, it was yummy. I'm not going to say it's the best burger I've ever had, but it's one of the best fast food chain burgers out there.

Did not get what we ordered. I ordered 4 chicken legs and got only 3. I called the manager I told her we only got 3.She asked if I was for sure 2 times I told her that it's not that hard to count. I only had 3 chicken legs. The price was $8.52 for 3 legs. I want be back!!!!

Love the Breakfast Special. Sometimes the quality varies, like when there's no sausage crumbles in the gravy or the biscuits aren't made right.
The food is very good. Costumer service was horrible. All I wanted was steak on a big breakfast sandwich and all I got was attitude! I have ordered it before so I knew it was possible to get it. Thank God the manager was in hearing distance bc there was 2 employees that had attitudes bc they didn't know how to do it! This is not the 1st time they have had horrible customer service!! We will be going to Breman next time! They have better customer service reviews.
