This place is fantastic! I ordered over a dozen box kits for an important meeting and needed delivery so I used EZ cart. Big mistake! EZ cart failed to deliver on time and in fact brought the subs back to this store. This store not wanting to let us down, really went the extra mile. The Manager Jesse, told me he would deliver them himself. And he DID! Unfortunately, it did delay our meeting about an hour but it wasn't Jersey Mike's fault and in fact they saved the day! Spend your money here, they will take good care of you.

This was a really clean & well maintained store. It seems to mostly be kept busy with to go orders. Half the staff was happy to see customers, waiting on us quickly with a smile & half the staff was obviously struggling with being present. The food was exactly what you would expect from Jersey Mike’s although I’ve noticed that menus differ regionally & not everything is available that you may be accustomed to at your “hometown” Jersey Mike’s location. For instance the #8 California Club minus bacon is my favorite sandwich offered & several locations throughout the southeast later, it disappointingly seems to only be available along the pacific coast. I grow hass avocados in my yard local to this store, so I don’t understand why that resource would not be available throughout the southeast region.

I placed an online order, and my sandwich was ready when I arrived. However, the bread was flaky/crumbly and stale, and the sandwich just wasn't good. The Bremen location is a lot better. I won't return to the Carrollton location.
Always told hi when you walk in for. Subs are awesome and made with everything you ask for. Always fresh. Polite, friendly employees. I won't go to any other sub place!

I have given this place several tries. Each time the bread is old and cracks when I eat the sub. I should not have bread crumbs all over me when eating a sub. Also, I agree that they are slow and really dont care you waiting. I had to remind them what I ordered.
