I think they could do with going back and re-examining the recipe for battering the chicken haven't had work there when I was younger the chicken has too much pepper way too much pepper on it

Drive Through lady was rude . Kept trying to “suggest” getting mashed potatoes so they didn’t have to drop more fries. After she seen I would wait for fries , I asked for honey mustard in the bag when they brought it out and instead of just saying yes nodding anything she just shut the window hard after. Need someone else in the drive through because that visit was NOT pleasant at all !!

Does this look like $12 worth of food? 2 emaciated legs and 1 thigh and they shorted one of my side items. It's worth $12 to know that I should have gone to Popeyes

I don’t know who the young girl is that works drive thru that had the braided ponytail, but she was rude and kept rushing us to finish our order and it’s a sign that’s says “no refund, we guarantee we make the order right” but then proceeds to hand us our order wrong…And once we kept telling her that we were missing stuff she proceeds to have a attitude.Lol if you would have gotten the order right the first time and stop rushing us, we wouldn’t keep asking for the rest of our order!!

So disappointed was waiting in the lobby to order and as I looked in the back none of the cooks had gloves they were handling the food gloveless. Just left as and couldn't even order.
