Ok only 1 other couple in the building and took 45 mins to get my food. Was lunch time we all ordered off lunch menu, they rang up 1 lunch and 2 dinners??? Service was slow took 15 mins to get our cheese dip?? Also they told us our food was made with corn tortillas but when we got then they were flour. Complete fail today. I get a hour lunch from work and takes me 5 mins to get there my lunch exceeded 1hr 30 mins.

I ordered hard shelled tacos, they were extremely bland. My wife ordered shrimp and chicken on rice and cheese.... It was amazing!!! The salsa and queso was great. The two star rating is for the unfriendly, not caring waitress. "Here's your check, have a good day" with no emotion.

First time eating here, I enjoyed it! Our waitress was new so she was a bit slow, but overall great food and atmosphere. I ordered queso and the Burrito de Cerdo, all came out hot and delish.

But the food portions are wonderful and delicious So are the specialsParking: In the Carrollton square so parking can be difficult but there’s a big garage next-door that makes it easy to just walk a few steps away if you can’t find anything upfront or on the street

For a place that used to be a spot that I came to every week with friends for several years, I’m really disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of integrity of the staff. When you see a coworker struggling to take orders and put in the correct orders, you would think that other wait staff would get up and help rather than sneer at customers who aren’t getting the food they ordered or common courtesy that anyone would want (regardless of being a customer or coworker). When someone tells you that they’re allergic to something, don’t bring it out twice. Don’t be rude because you’re told that the order was wrong, don’t try to make people pay for food that they didn’t eat, and don’t snap at a customer trying to tell you that your silverware is broken.
If there was an option for no stars, I would give that instead. i came up here for dinner with some friends this evening and didn’t enjoy my experience at all. when we were initially ordering our drinks, we were told that we couldn’t add flavors to our margs if they were on the rocks, only frozen. we knew this wasn’t the case because the drink menu offers all flavored margaritas, and we’ve gotten flavored margaritas on ice here before, but we let them just give us frozen margs instead. when we got our drinks, there was barely any flavoring added to them, and they tasted like hand sanitizer. later into the evening, my mom called up to the restaurant to place an order over the phone. the bartender hung up on her twice. when she called back the first time, the girl told her she was “waiting for her to figure it out” and then hung up on her a second time when she was trying to make a payment over the phone. this was the main issue that i had tonight, because regardless of how busy/tired/annoyed you may already be, there’s no reason to be rude to people who have been nothing but polite toward you thus far, and i just take offense to someone hanging up on my mom when she wasn’t doing anything but politely trying to place an order and give the restaurant more business, which should be the goal when you’re on the clock.
