On recent visit ,3/18/24. Service was great Jill our waitress was great. I need to say at this point that i KNOW my steaks, ordered a ribeye steak and was served a new York strip my the night manger at least he is the one that brought it to the table. I told him I ordered a ribeye he quickly told me that was a ribeye. Even the restaurant owner that was eating with us said not was a new York strip. We called ahead because it was going to be a Friday night and knew it was gonna be busy. Period. So we waited 10 minutes. Drove 20 minutes didn’t have to wait in line and it was crowded and they seeded us immediately. We ordered appetizers and shrimp and chicken. Eggrolls were excellent. Then we ordered the prime rib and the baby back ribs. The baby back ribs were cooked to perfection not dry, fresh, and the service was excellent as usual. Another round at Longhorns!! Absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, we did not stay to eat, and as always, the service was tremendous. We chose curbside and did not wait long.
