I put in a mobile order. All they had to do was fill it. They had me pull up (so they could fudge their timing on orders) and I had to wait a full 15 minutes while I watched car after car get their orders filled and pull around me. I did not have any special order, just regular off the menu items. I will NOT ever go back to this McDonalds again.

Place is really getting worse with each visit. Came around 1pm today to grab lunch for me and my daughter. I ordered a Big Mac apparently with a side of mold. Initially pulling through the drive through I asked for extra sauces and was ignored twice! I tried to be loud and clear as they were busy with lunch rush. Upon getting home to plate our lunches I find a hard piece in my bread. Looking further it was compacted mold? this place really needs to get their mess together. All I see are poor reviews, I don’t even want my money back just want others to be aware of what’s going on

What a joke of a place. Placed an order in drive thru only to be pulled up to wait on order. Female worker brings my bag. I said you're missing a drink. She comes back out with an attitude said I didn't order it. I said you are also missing food. She hatefully said she wasn't bringing it back out. I had to go inside to get my missing food to hear her attitude towards another worker fussing about me. Come on McDonald's do better with your employees with attitudes towards customers. I will never go back to this location that is closer to my home. I will go out of my way to another one.

Tried to give me a mcflurry, she put the ice cream in the cup then pumped the mint syrup on top and dumped the oreos on it. When i asked if she was going to mix it, she looked at me crazy, then asked for manager and she got an attitude bc i asked for it to be blended. Who the heck wants a bite of pure mint syrup.

Only gave it a 1 star because there is no way to pick 0 stars. Actually it's a minus 5 stars. I Had a mobile order. Waited at the curbside pick up for 30 minutes and Noone ever brought my order! I went inside and saw my drinks on the counter but they tried to say they never got my food order. How can they not get it when the drinks were exactly what I ordered? I had a receipt saying food was being prepared but they insisted they never git the order. I had proof but still argued back with me. All they could say was we don't know we don't know. They finally made the found then took the watered down drinks dumped them then refilled them in the same old cups. No sorry no apology or nothing. Even the manager didn't do anything or say anything! Then I asked for phone number and the young girl said ok now we got action as I am asian I know they were making fun of me and laughing about it including the manager! I fell in this place before because they had mopped the floor and didn't out out a wet floor sign. I didn't do anything and let it go but this place is terrible and always gave trouble there. The workers are young snotty kids who have really bad attitudes and are as rude as possible! Then on too if that the managers are no better as they don't care and allow these rude kids continue to treat people badly!

They are extremely rude when taking your order. The follow up question should NOT be…WHAT ELSE?! Why not try to upsell or SIMPLY say…Thanks!! DOES THAT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER?!

This place continues to mess up my order or just be the worst in service. If not for convenience, no one will drive to go here. They forgot my husband’s food for over 30 mins and he couldn’t leave bc he had paid amd didnt get anything until he went in to talk to someone. He’s not upset, I am—bc this is not the first, second or TENTH time this branch falls completely short. Employee training is vital and should be implemented

The absolute worst. Lobby isn't open so you have to use drive thru. The drive thru has two lanes but only one is open. Traffic is backed up all the way onto the main road. I wanted pancakes but they were out which is the main thing I went for. I ended up ordering bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle instead and it was barely warm and not wrapped neatly. Practically just thrown in the bag with the paper. I got a chocolate milk for a child and it was one day from the expiration date.

If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. I swung by for some breakfast before my class and I sat at the drive thru for roughly 10 minutes and NO ONE took my order!! I stayed at patient as I could but other cars at the other drive thru were getting their order taken and about 6 cars got theirs but me. I will NEVER come back here! You are a disgrace to other McDonald's and should be shut down and replaced with something better!
